  • The head of Israeli military intelligence, Maj. Gen. Aharon Haliva, resigned on Monday over the failures surrounding Hamas' unprecedented October 7th attack.
Haliva’s resignation makes him the first senior figure to step down due to his role in the deadliest assault in Israel's history, where Hamas militants blasted through Israel's border defenses and rampaged through Israeli communities unchallenged for hours. The attack resulted in 1,200 deaths, mostly civilians, and the capture of roughly 250 hostages into Gaza. That attack set off the war against Hamas in Gaza, now in its seventh month.

The peak of absurdity is netanyahu and his cabal not being fired already. There's NO way they didn't know about the attack. The atrocities committed on October's 7th should have prevented. We refuse to be gaslit.

He should have resigned the day after the attack. I'm still in awe that the intelligence agencies could not see this attack coming. That's their job, and they failed at it.

Did they fail? Or was the attack planned to start this war? Who allows the the enemy to fly over in a flying kite?
