what size turbo you have effects different speed ranges. big ones like 100mm effects acceleration 100+mph range. small ones effect cars acceleration at slower speeds but fall off on top. speed is capped on server else causes texture loading problems and stability in general.
the turbo gets you to the top speed quicker.i reckon a 75-80mm turbo would be perfect. the 100mm is a bit of a waste here because of the gearing. having said that can you adjust the diff final drive? if so you could get 250 out of that biatch
