Got one today, as I'm tired of building model kits. So this is actually a kit made by someone for you. Very sturdy, good colour combination but why copy gunpla? The action base or stand is disappointing makes the back heavy model dangle. Led battery is appreciated plus the magnet. Wish guns and swords were metal built too. Joints are easy to move, not too tight not too hard. Mobility is great but backpack needs to be fitted properly, as every now and then it comes off while posing. Should have made the jet pack more detailed in lines of a space drone or an aircraft. Overall 8/10. Also it is taller than 1/100 illustrious moshow Takeda Shingen. I wonder when they will release Date Masamune. Till next time
@@depshallburnyes, the manhua and the animation series were intended to help promote the figures. But they are so far not available for non-Chinese audiences. Some of the retools like the Asura (based on the Shingen mold) also has a China-only gacha game tie-in.
Yep Metal Builds are 7 inches. This TIANWEI is almost 2 inches taller than them and 1/3 the price. A reg Metal Build these days are $250, and a Premium Bandai one averages around $350. 💀
Starting to look the same? This is the first one they've released that even looks remotely like this. White/Nemesis Tiger, Azure/White/Nemesis Dragon, Ashura, etc all look nothing like this.
The only thing that stops me on buying this is the fact that it has the same face of cao ren and same inner frame the only difference is that its already build.
That’s just a problem with the super robot genre, even gundam has conflicting designs with super robot wars. In this age where everything has been already made there will always be the feel of the same designs
No it isn't. you're delusional. Bandai's revenue is still growing even there are many upcoming third party chinese mecha model kits or figure. just google it and you'll see. This won't affect Bandai at all so you're wrong.😂😂😂

The build is fantastic. But the design just recycled. The Chinese model kit maker cannot really provide their own design without taking some from Gundam.
People complain when Chinese design their own mechs that are "too pointy", people then complain when they make mechs that look more traditional like Gundam. There's no pleasing everyone.
@@sigerlion8608 Yeah because the only choices for mech design is either ton of pointy bits or gundam-face. There is no other way. 🙄 Just look at Wei Yuan by Motor Nuclear. They have good amount of blocky and roundness without going too hard on pointy bit. It's a unique design that doesn't rip too much from Gundam.

The smaller the metal build the more expensive I guess. Gundam metal builds are 2 inches shorter and 3x more expensive!
