What assets in the league would you target when your first string and your second string back ups are on injuried reserve? 3. Our Lions culture is rooted and grounded in creativity. What creative defensive schemes would you devise, for example, against the Bears, against the Packers, against the Vikings? What are each of their strengths and their weaknesses? How would you creatively overcome their strengths and exploit their weaknesses? I'd want to measure and assess his creative and his strategic thinking and planning. On the other hand I've ask OC candidates a similar set of questions.
