If i had to estimate I'd say this version of ssg goku would probably be around current ssb kaioken x10 or x20 in the manga. It's pretty impossible to guess this though

But, after a meeting with all the gods, he asks goku to help the other universe become better or else he'll destroy them all. Beerus tells goku that if he wins this, he'll be ready to become the new hakaishin. Goku starts in ultra instinct, but it's not enough to beat king cold. Then, he showcases for the first time his hakaishin form (while similar in concept to ultra ego, it's not the exact same, hence I won't refer to it as such). With it, he is able to compete with cold. He then showcases hus true power, activating ultra instinct while in his hakaishing form. No eyebrows, slightly spiked up hair, his silver eyes leaving a purple trail when they move, and his aura being more purple than ever. With powerful strikes beyond cold's comprehension, he quickly puts him down and destroys him. In the end, a double ceremony is held, where goku is officially nominated as hakaishin while nail becomes his kaioshin, being officially recognized as one
