It comes after the Sussexes' Archewell Foundation was declared "delinquent" over failure to pay fees, according to the Department of Justice’s records.
As a result, the charity will not be able to continue raising or spending money.
Rupert says: "They need to sort it out"

The documents and fees are 12 months late, not 'a few days' and they were warned back in January, as it was due May 2023, so really it's 15 months late. Whatever the reason for their default, the fact is that they received that notice on May 3rd and STILL did business in the name of Archewell by going to Nigeria under that premise. That was breaking the law and they should be required to pay the penalty for that.
