This will be a stepping stone for the successful and reliable engine development for Indian Aviation Industries. Kudos to DRDO.
This is milestone. But waiting when we succeed in Kaveri Engine.
Which generation alloy is this ?
@@aatifrehman4150 alloy should sustain more than 2000 degree temperature. Now it is upto 1500 Degree which are enough. For helicopter.
@@aatifrehman4150 They were talking about CSMX 4. So it's a second gen superalloy.
Finally we got our indigenous powerful single crystal turbine blade.......hope to see a improved kaveri engine soon 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Congrats drdo 😎😎😎😎
Again, one of the most detailed Hindi channels on defence. SCTB is a major stepping stone for us Indians. Jai Hind!!
This one is awesome and the next best thing we(Indians) all want to hear is Kaveri high thrust engine successful 😍❤😍
Impressive Video ....keep posting some detailed stuff like this.... great video
Congrats India for the engine manufacturing
It's not easy task
Very good information and helpful analysis. Very technical details explained in a very lucid, simple way. Thanx 👍💪
Good news, and good explanation.
Mi26 is so beautiful! Hope it starts flying again
perfect discussion bro👍👍👍
Jai Hind.
Love you and your efforts Bhaiya!!
Always enjoyed watching your video. Really appreciate the knowledge that you posses.
Thank u Modi Ji :)
Impressive brother . Hope u do well and make many more informative videos future 👍
Great news for whole India. 1 more step towards Atmarnirbhar
Indian defense sector steadily moving towards growth
Great information.
Jai hind🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Bro you should make a video on operation rangdouri behak, where we lost our true heros 5 commandos from 4 para sf I think they deserve much respect as they have given their lives for us. We shouldn't forget that they fought very fearlessly for their mother land. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 salute to them. May their soul rest in peace
Edit :- culprits were sent to their destination (jahanoom) before our heros died
☑️☑️🙏
That was one hell of a operation. They did the operation brilliantly even after getting injured.
Sir apke video ke lie kafi wait karte hh plz ekk fix time bana do na ..
Investment casting humara 3rd year mein padhaya gaya tha. I am a metallugical engg and materials science grad
Wait for your 100k🙄🙏
How is your dcs practice going??
JF17 has invisible crystal Technology which no one can match, only GALXY FIGHTER that USAF F22 Raptor lag behind & USAF want JF17's Cockpits "*Door Hinge*" technology
It is fueled by roohani takat
@@JASHVEER22 and guided by sumaiya tara.
Which editing software do you use?
@defence matrix
क्या हम su30mki के engine के लिए single crystal blade नहीं बना रहे थे???
Yes we were making.
👌
A recommendation for your dp, instead
Of keeping the background as black you can use the red-navy blue combo that you use in videos!! Will look cool on it!!🥰😍🤩
I know that hal has already prepared 1st prototype of htse 1200 but is there any plan to retrofit our entire fleet with this engine (fleet in the sense dhruv mk-1/2/3/4 and lch)
I've never heard that they actually plan to retrofit/replace french engine with our own.
Nor do I
When will the desi helicopter engine will be ready?? Any dead line given
Turkey also developed single crystal turbine blades.
🙏🔥
WATCH BLOCK 3 OF PAF NEW UPDATES MAKES YOU HAPPY
Looks like Russian engines though often poor in reliability but still produce a lot of power in case of all platforms.
Bhai kal k super sukhoi upgrade k upar ek question tha, since engine upgrade nahin ho rahe hain toh kya Uttam AESA radar existing Al-31 engine se compatible hogi ?
Ha hoga, uttam radar power requirements present engine se complete hogi.
@@defenceexpo7108 thanks ✌️
💙
Sir a pak defence channel uploaded a pic of block 3 jf17 with quoting " 5th gen pl10 missile" so any update on that
Helicopters crystal blades operates at lower temps - for jets you still got to build it.
Additicve to yur video
Can anyone share the RUclips link of the amazing manufacturing video clip that's used here which shows how blades are being manufactured.

@@lk.o.t328 Thanks a lot brother 👍👍
Miss our Mi26 helicopters we could have transported 5 truck load of oxygen in one go any where in India where oxygen is needed
through Indian private investments in defense acquisitions IAF can acquire a fleet of 65 brand new Leonardo AW101 Merlin HC.4A multi role CSAR medium lift helos plus 13 additional brand new Leonardo AW101 Merlin HC4A multi role CSAR medium lift helos as options!!! once we've these helicopters then HAL & DRDO can start developing it's own indigenous medium lift helo lightly based on the Leonardo AW101 Merlin HC4A multi role CSAR medium lift helos because the AW101 Merlin Mk.4 multi role CSAR medium lift helos is a battle proven time tested helo since 1990 - 1993!!! per unit cost €15.0 Bn approx including flight training, unhindered over night spares availability & after sales support!!!
What about Chinook helicopter engine shp power?
🙏
I am waiting for the day when most of the time, India is chronologically faster to develop a crucial tech than china.
Make a video on imrh engine candidates
👍👍👍
Only legends knew turkey also made single crystal blade for their helicopter engine... But no indian defence channels says so...😎
TED-BF in detail, please?
Sir,
This video was really informative. Now that the crystal blade technology have been mastered, what are the probable impediments to be tackled to successfully complete a workable jet engine like GTRE "KAVERI". It is more interesting to note that on one hand a public sector undertaking is creating history by making a very specialized product like crystal blade and on the other hand another government company OFB, spoiled a good rifle design (INSAS) on quality issues. Its funny, isn't it?
Regards,
Santanu
I don't know if it's just for me... But the *Indian Airforce* title on aircrafts makes them even beautiful than their counterpart airforces..... Sexy
Dekhna sir ek din ESA jarroor ayga ke bhart khud ESA jet developed kr lega Jo amarica Ka F22 bhi compite nhi krpyga ayga wo din jaroor
Bhai ye Metallurgical nd materials engineering ka research area he... Mechanical ka jyada nei.. Ye directional solidification process he
Any update on when Mi26 is returning post overhaul from Russia it's been over two years now since 4 of them are moved to Russia
They are in Russia and it's only 3, one already crashed

The crashed one also was to moved in disassembled condition for overhaul & retrofitment as per the then information.

What's the difference between SHP and BHP ?
Helicopters mein diesel ya petrol engine kyun use nahi kiya jata hai
Q: If instead of alloy tungsten can we use or not since it can withstand that much temperature?
If I am correct than tungsten glow at higher temperatures. So what??
You want your heli glowing?
Tungsten is heavy and it can shatter no too much stress so i think its not an option
india has now becaming pro slowly in engine technology
but still america is hacker

Press releases ki link do
Turkey has already developed single crystal blade for their homegrown helicopter engine TS1400. Also china has various types of gas turbine engine in service for years. so yeah india is not the 5th country as it is being claimed rather 7th country with such technology. actually 8th country if you count Ukraine separate from Russia.
First of all, turkey has developed and test fired it's indegenious engine there are no claims that they used locally developed crystal blades.
We test fired our first helicopter engine on February 2018 but we used imported blades. Testing an indegenious engine doesn't mean you have developed the single crystal blade tech. They have never claimed that. And about ukraine, it has single crystal blade tech for fighter jets engine not rotorcrafts
@@DipakkrSaha bro ever heard about MotorSich? it's ukraine's crown jewel. they make 2500hp huge helicopter engine among other things. even russia rely on ukraine for many of it's engine requirements.

Sala mi-26 helicopter hain ya urti hui whale 🐋 😨, iska engine maintenance karte waqt to rona ati hogi😭
Russian aircraft are often non maintenance friendly
After spending 40 years on development iAF still not satisfied with Tejas that's why they paid huge amount for Su30 and Rafale!
Tejas can only fly in air shows it cannot even compete with olg mig 21,s or old Chinese F7,s.🤣🤣🤣
If you enjoy living in delusion, then i won't bother you.
