    If only the doctors weren’t so ignorant when it comes to that. I can hear them now…no more hormones for you…and so the hunt to find one that will let you manage your menopause your way…is on.
    Love this education. It just frustrates me that the doctors aren’t.

      Yep. There is no education on menopause in medical school. And a 4-year Ob/Gym residency program devotes only 1% of the time to menopause. So menopause is thee most neglected topic on Earth.

    Thanks for another great video! Quick question: I've been reading about fezolinetant for hot flashes. What is your opinion on this new drug?

      Nobody's opinion matters. And you should never adopt a product focus. Instead, focus on your goals. Only choose options that are capable of accomplishing your goals.
      If you want me to help you find YOUR best options, I can do so in a consultation, which you can schedule at MenopauseTaylor.ME. I do them all online.

    Hello i am new subscriber, and perhaps you answered this question before, but is it true premarin was made out of pregnant horse urine? Or just another ugly rumor?

    • @MenopauseTaylor

      It's no rumor.
      Premarin was the very first estrogen replacement product ever made. And it was the only estrogen replacement available for about 50 years.
      The word "Premarin" means pregnant mare urine:
      "pre" = pregnant
      "mar" = mare
      "ine" = urine
      But, despite the fact that some think this is "ugly," it's really no more ugly than drinking cow's milk.
      Now there are dozens of estrogen replacement products. And there is no better," "worse," “right," "wrong," "good," "bad," or "best." Those are marketing words.
      The key is to just fine what works best FOR YOU. And your brain and body may disagree.
