There’s that moment when your father shows you his favorite artist, and as a teenager, you fall in love with the music -that’s Bruce Springsteen. Then, along comes a guy who probably went through the same thing, and you fall in love with his music -that’s Zach Bryan. Then you have a son, and you start showing him his music. I hope both of them continue to create and inspire many fathers and sons, because what they do is truly valuable.

I am a huge Springsteen fan and never really heard of Zach but I was very impressed with the interview. I will now go and have a listen to Zach. We could do with more of the exchange and I liked how they both shared.
I have always respected Springsteen (I love brad paisley and well...duh) and since hearing bits of Bryan's music I feel the same. But wow is this a phenomenal conversation!! May have to listen to their stuff here and there, ha.
I wish I had a mentor or a coach in my own job as an engineer like Bruce Springsteen. His affirmations, his encouraging comments, and nodding just amazing, engaging and highly effective to his mentoree. I really love this man. ❤🥰🤩👍👋💯💐🌺⚘️
I know that Zach is starstruck and I don't blame him, but you can tell that they had to strongly edit this interview to get the answers out of Bruce. Zach keep interrupting him but I think only because he is so excited. Keep up the good work I say to both of them.
The red hat has a great story. He took a friend for a ride because it was father's Day and he knew his father just past away, they drove to Bruce's old neighborhood and to his home.Bruce saw the red hat, and ask" can i get it, the friend said okay. Months later Bruce saw the guy at the otherside of the street and shouted : lance, the red hat is history! Lance! They got together and Bruce told Lance your hat is history. He explained he used the hat on the cover of BITUSA, now everytime you see that hat, think of your pap. Lance is the owner of the Stone Pony i think, there is a video he's telling the story himself. Just lovely.
Bruce and I have many similarities in our lives. Same age same love of the same music pretty much same personal beliefs. I have the same Telecaster where it departs is the talent that he has and that I appreciate
We need much more of this. Bruce Springteen Top Respect To You. p.s, I heard through the grapevine that You Are Making An Appearance At Our Liverpool F.C Stadium In 2025. I hope it's true ! Whoo -hooooo
I still love the Boss. I don't agree with his politics, but that doesn't matter at all when it comes to music. We got Born to Run in Texas after it was already big in the NE. My buddy had come back from school with it. It blew my mind. I'm a car guy, and a rock guy. Nothing was filling both those, but Bruce Springsteen.
Zack's story reminds me of the first check I got for acting. It was a $200 stipend for a community theatre performance of "Big Fish the Musical" earlier this year. Nothing to sneeze at as far as community theatre goes! I was braggin' to everybody that technically, I'm a paid actor!

been with ZB since the beginning. would love for him and the guys to rent that Air BNB out again, nail mattresses to the wall, drink some beers and record the new album
We need more of this…like 2 hours more.
I agree 💯
True!
100%
a whole week
You're wrong... 3 hours more 😂
I love how Zach’s fangirling the entire interview! I absolutely love these two ❤
They really understand each other as writers and artists. Its fantastic to see how different generations still have so much in common
Well no shit
When American Heartbreak came out I thought of Zach Bryan being a modern day Springsteen. Cool to see them talking together and on stage of course.
Same bro. I’ve always said to my dad that he reminds of Bruce a lot. Lyrically and musically.
Bruce is a LEGEND...love the respect shown here from Zach...he's being a student...smart young man
I just wish Zach did a little more listening than talking in the interview. You learn from listening, and he has a legend sitting beside him.

One of the best interviews I've heard so chilled
Zach Bryan is the best thing that’s happened for music in a long time! Keep cranking them out brother.
Hard disagree
You’re spot on. No one can even compare to the amount of people his music has brought in touch with their own feelings and emotions. He’s a wildfire.
That is real, Zach brayan has his own style and that is wat special about it

The Boss is a legend and he looks great after all these years! Awesome conversation between theses two.

Hold on tight
Best new country singer in 15 years
Total respect for these fellas songwriting skills and just good dudes.
I could listen to these two sit and talk all day and oh my God if they did a concert together, I would fly wherever to see it the e street band and ZB
I love hearing them both talk about how trust comes before anything else. I love these guys - authentic.
Authentic commies
Probably the best down to earth interview I've seen , leaving politics out of it
The way they bounced of each other..raw interview loved it
Give me about 20 hours of these guys talking to each other. Great stuff.
Great stuff for communist belief
This is fantastic. Early on it was clear Zach wanted to be more Springsteen than George Strait. So cool to see him with one of his idols.
I wish there was more! This was truly an enjoyable and inspiring conversation. I love hearing the stories behind the music! ❤
Bruce's words of what makes you a great leader: "my guys I knew were people who'd keep me be myself".
Managers of this century you should learn a lot
Bruce is amazing. How can he be so NOT into himself? He's so interested in Zach...I love him.
Springsteen is an absolute sell-out,too busy cosying up with the likes of Obama, how low can you go?So much for the blue collar worker

The best interview/just two friends talking I have ever seen❤
Watch Bruce interview Eddie Vedder.
What a Beautiful conversation!!
The shooting star and the legend…fifty years wow! I pray they both write till they’re a 100!❤
I don’t even like country music, but ZB is awesome. Easily one my fav artists from the past couple years.
Two amazing musicians and songwriters reflecting, meshing and talking life. Great to see the Genius Springsteen passing the torch !!
We need more of this conversation! Maybe also some acoustic performance? 😀
This is amazing. There is only 1 problem with it, it’s 20 minutes. I could listen to them talk about their music for hours.

This is incredible - thank you rolling stone for making this happen
Day 5 of wondering why does this not have AT LEAST 10 million views
Everything is political with BS!
Because it’s rolling stone hahah boomers don’t watch RUclips and younger people watch podcast
Because the Trumpers want people to avoid Bruce Springsteen
More more more. This is the music content we want
It's fun to watch Zach's mind repeatedly get blown when Bruce expresses his admiration.
A couple of legends having a great conversation 👌
Saw ZB at his first concert at the Pageant, & my favorite album by Bruce is Nebraska. Never thought id see the day
What a great conversation. Well done to the both of them and rolling stone for bringing it to us.
This dudes music will not be timeless. Nothing beats Springstings era of music.
