I'm one of your members who during Covid switched to cash after my balance started rapidly dropping which halted the loss immediately. I was told the same thing you quoted today about moving to cash so I switch back to Australia Shares which your webpage boasted as having the best return at the time. My balance continued to drop rapidly so again a month latter I switch to cash halting the drop. I doubted myself so again moved back to Australia shares weeks latter when your webpage started showing a small profit. Within days huge losses occurred and my super was being drained away. Again I moved it back to cash halting the loss. All up over the last 12 months $100k has been wiped off my super balance while leaving it in shares. If I had left it in cash after my first switch I would be $90k better off right now. My disappointment with QSuper is beyond words.
