    There is a difference between RER and AT. They were used interchangeably during this conversation on some occasions.

    In the last case example, was the chronotropic incompetence a result of the woman being on beta blockers during her first CPET?

    Nice video but so many wrong statement in this video, particularly related to the thresholds. Wrong identification of the thresholds, misusage of the terms aerobic and anaerobic threshold etc.
