- Classic #Sudoku Master is the annual Indian Sudoku Competition being organised from the year 2016. CSM 2019 is the 4th edition of this Sudoku competition. This competition is being held along with Indian Sudoku Championship and Sudoku Mahabharat Finals.
The year 2019 Indian Sudoku Championship, Sudoku Mahabharat Finals and Classic Sudoku Master were held at Hotel The Bigboss, Kolkata on 21st July 2019. These championships are conducted every year by Logic Masters India.
To qualify for these championships, every year online Sudoku competitions are being held at Logic Masters India website. Top 30 players in these Sudoku championships are being called for offline finals which were held at Kolkata this year. Classic Sudoku Masters is recreational Classic Sudoku competition which is being held along with Indian Sudoku Championship and Sudoku Mahabharat Finals every year.
Here are details on how Classic Sudoku Masters Competition is being held.
This is the knockout one to one Sudoku competition. So in each round half of the participants are being knocked out and at last, one is the winner. To start this Sudoku competition, a ranking list is being made based upon the one's performance in Classic Sudoku round of the Indian Sudoku Championship 2019. In the first round, competing players are deciding upon their ranks. In the first round strongest player of the competition plays with the weakest player of the competition and so on.
In the second round, all the winner again play against each other till everyone is being knocked out and we get the winner of the Sudoku competition.
The year 2019 Classic Sudoku Masters had many interesting One vs One competition in which some of the top players of Sudoku gets knocked down e.g. one of the best Sudoku players Pranav Kamesh get knocked out by Ritaban Datta. Similar 7 times winner of Indian Sudoku Championship Rohan Rao was knocked out by Shaheer Rahman who cruised through the finals of CSM 2019. At the end final was played between 3 times Classic Sudoku Champion Kishore Kumar and challenger Shaheer Rahman in which Kishore Kumar won CSM again. Kishore is now the 4 time CSM champion after the end of this 4th edition of Classic Sudoku Master.
