Could be a twist much like the previous trilogy of the Modern Warfare series. Hadir using the heroes to kill Russians, not just Makarov, all Russians, which explains the “No Russian” clip at the very end of the campaign.
One of the whole reasons we connect with old cod characters more is because they werent superheroes and they could die at any time thats the reason why someones death like ghost roach soap bowman harper is heartbreaking but it shows they are a soldier not a an immortal superhero
Yo facts cause we really didn’t see him die and who knows he could have been controlling the tank but may actually not have been in it but that’s just my thought
@@irwinandrade7417 my thoughts exactly. I feel he was remote controlling the tank from elsewhere. The death scene seemed to quick and weird for him to actually be dead
Can cod give up any character anymore? Like is no one allowed to die? Can we have any significant story moments? Next game Makarov, Zakhaev, and Shepherd are gonna all come back and do a big endgame style crossover.
A lot of people sleep on Alex but I think he was pretty kickass in the campaign. Bro has that “Oohrah” feel to him and those tats on his arm look fresh
Alex was a popular character, they can’t make bank on a dead character so they brought him back. I truly believe he was meant to become Ghost but just like with MW22 supposedly being a 2yr game for $70 doesn’t make much sense when you split it into 2 & charge $70 for both MW22 & MW23 just like you can charge for Ghost & Alex skins!
Its no surprise. I mean i literally saw woods die on bo1. But he obviously survived. Hell even kravchenko got stabbed and thrown off the window with a grenade explode right up on his face while falling down from 30 feet of height, but still survived.
Russians are already friends with Al-Qatala as shown through the Conflict in Verdansk, prior to Hassan Zyani So I'm curious as to how events will unfold; whether some AQ will be shooting their own for being with two opposing sides, or if the Russians will now be Al-Qatala's enemies and cut-off their supplies with them, forcing AQ to improvise
I'm betting they're going to kill alot of characters in the next mw or on the 4th mw. Hopefully. Edit: tbf killing Ghost and Soap wouldn't be surprising anymore, Alejandro might die in the next mw or maybe price.
Him surviving that first one not only makes that whole plot line kind of empty but also makes go sense. He went to go blow up toxic gas production in a sealed facility. He was dead
MW2.5 should have been a DLC with the current mission set, except moved around and Alex should have been the character sacrifice. In the midst of whatever killed him, Soap should have been mortally wounded, but surviving until the last couple missions in MW3 where he is killed attempting to take on Makarov leading into a final couple missions of Price’s revenge. Boom. Fixed it.
“How did a character who had to manually set off a bomb end up surviving?” Because the writers couldn’t be asked to come up with another way for him to both live and do something noble like that in a logical way, so they just said fuck it
Did you know there was Easter egg in raid ep 2 that if you go little around office and room you may realize that there is flag with symbol the same symbol in cod cold war, perseus team, this might be one of warhead they were going use during cold war to start WW3
Hes alive because the only one they seem to be willing to kill is soap because is original death was so iconic and sad and they really wanna cash in on that
The true mistery(for me, I didn't play MW 2 Campaign) is how is Hadir still the leader? I am sure he was arrested and moved to Russian prison in MW 2019.
And that’s how graves is alive because there were no signs of him dead because when I done the mission it felt easy too easy like it was planned that graves fakes his death
I'm pretty sure the first modern warfare don't actually count it's a whole new story Branch because if you look I mean just a lot of things change that don't make sense between either story unless they're two different story
wait if alex lost he's leg on the explosion then what about the comic version of codm? theres a slide there where he gets shod by a disc gun and gets hes leg sliced of
Is the multiplayer and spec-ops even cannon in the cod universe? Like nobody ever brings up anything from either part of the game within either campaign, and even though parts of the campaign still exist in both, I don’t think they’re of the same universe/canon.

russian goverment with the help of the ultranationalists
Awesome theory

Omg that makes the plane scene make so much darker and also much more sense

People have been rumoring him and Mace are gonna be the 2 season 5 launch operators
@roach.realest the dude that plays him posted a pic of him in mocap so its pretty much confirmed that he's coming back
Can cod give up any character anymore? Like is no one allowed to die? Can we have any significant story moments? Next game Makarov, Zakhaev, and Shepherd are gonna all come back and do a big endgame style crossover.
Character: Gets shot in the head 16 times
Cod: well he lost his leg but otherwise he’s perfectly fine
EXACTLY
Did everyone just give on MW (2019) after launch? Cause Alex’s survival was revealed in MW (2019) Season 3.
People are slow dude and can't comprehend a simple timeline
I think people just kept skipping the Warzone cutscenes every season. Which is a shame, they were very good, at least in the MW and CW days.
@@matthewmspaceexactly people who just play with no contest of the story piss me off lol
Right, and the majority is like this and have no clue as to what is going on which is irritating

simple, pure plot armour
I feel like they are just too scared to kill any of the main characters

yeah,it wouldnt make that much sense if they kill them now,mw3 trailer showed price dying,so yeah@@shadowspringtrap3122

When he sacrificed himself
I was cheering for him whole scene cause it was a heroic sacrifice for a good Character and then he lived...
Well who knows there could have been plenty of places he could have hid and plus Farah and him didn't kiss before he ran in.

I love how he has to specify alex keller, because when i heard the first line i thought of bo2 instead of the mw reboot
Alex was my favorite in MW2 campaign. Was a fucking badass with a righteous heart.
Him surviving that first one not only makes that whole plot line kind of empty but also makes go sense. He went to go blow up toxic gas production in a sealed facility. He was dead
"Well I wasn't in that building"

Alex Keller managed to survive the explosion after the death of Roman Barkov.

Cause the game has no guts
He is the main character
He’s alive because he sells bundles
My man ran out of breath 😂😂
this actually helps me understand a bit better, thank you!
Cod needs to stop doing the whole character dies in the story but comes back in the battle pass. The campaign and battle pass needs to be separate
