Press once to on. Apple phone always have this issue, if you charging apple phone please check everytime as it doesnt send signal to powerbank for auto on. For off, is auto off too.

22.5w max can charged within 3h, other than that is 5h and above. So yours 5h+ probably is 10-18w charging
