The Kaapse Klopse Karnival Association, sees the beloved Cape Town event happen once again with as many as 20 000 minstrels performing in the city centre. Minstrel troupes entertain between 60 000 and 100 000 members of the public on the day in the space between Hanover Street in District Six and Rose Street in the Bo Kaap.
