Hello friends, I have 1 question: 1 / Course 2E (investment analysis) teaches us how to invest in a business, a long-term project and take advantage of tax incentives and industry from government. Meanwhile, the 2C (Decision analysis) course will teach us how to respond to market demand in the short term (monthly, annually) and compare with the original investment plan. From there, if we have a loss in business, we will decide to sell the company to recover capital fastest.
thanks sir your lecture are very helpful. sir kindly advise me i am solving becker and i am easily able to solve support package qns with almost 85 to 90 percent accuracy kindly tell would it be enough for exam
@@FTCGlobal Thank you these videos really helpful in revising the concepts one week before exams. You are clearly one of the best finance teachers on youtube.
You should know your bargaining range. (Min and Max) That means the absolute minimum so you can atleast breakeven. If there is no alternative (lost contribution) then absolute minimum would be $100.
Awesome, Thanks your efforts, can i know why that variable selling not took on consideration while there is a special order?, however it's a variable cost, Q#46
If you read the info carefully, you would notice that Variable selling expenses are incurred on regular/normal sales. So that would mean, this cost is not applicable on special orders.
@@FTCGlobal Thanks, but what about sales commission on special order to the company we taking it on consideration as a relevant, part of contribution margin, however it's a special order, and sales team will not do any effort same as on normal basis.
Investment decisions deals with capital budgeting aspect and it is the part of financial management subject. Decision analysis involve costing related aspects. For example,if you decide the price of the product, depending upon that your projected sales will be considered in capital budgeting.
Dear friends, I have a question: 1/ Can the CMA 2C decision analysis be applied to the Operations part of the business, make the production plan, the distribution plan, decide the cost and selling price and decide the company's profit per month?
