Funny. Yes, our worship leader is always changing keys. Doesn't always work out so well for the electric guitar parts as playing much higher or lower completely changes the feeling of the notes played.
I do use this channel to resource guitarists at my church who are trained to use their ear to pick out these parts in the video and really just need to watch a play through of the parts and see what effects are used. Sometimes I do a breakdown of parts at the end of the video if one happens to be really fast. I am glad that others are able to use my channel to learn these songs for their church service as well!

It's helped me a lot more with ear training than using tabs or videos that tell you each little detail for everything ever did. Plus the descriptions of effects help tremendously too when I hear a sound and wonder how it's being accomplished!

What can I substitute for a cloud reverb if I only have Room, Hall, and Plate?

The intro is volume swells, so compression, a little bit of drive, tap delay and hall reverb should get the job done on the ME-25

For the swells you can just do whatever in the key of A, but for the parts move everything up 5 frets
