The projects are cool but I keep coming back for the chaos and waffling. That's what really makes the videos fun. Keep up the good work!
The bubbles came from the natural air thats trapped in the wood, to avoid that you just need to brush on a coat of sealer or fast dry resin onto all the wood surfaces the day before your first main pour
Yes true in most cases but not here the problem is he used fast and not a slow or deep pour resin to rush the project. Why it foamed is indication of too much exothermic heat and the voids proved this even more as that is an effect called suck back that resin does when exothermic heat is too hot or has big fluctuations.
I think too much glitter is another reason for the bubbles.
I think it looks awesome - you're so hard on yourself even when you turn out amazing things! You are a hell of an artist and I can't wait to see what you do next.

I love the waffling! I love seeing the mistakes happen and of you can fix them, how you do that. It is much more interesting to me than someone that makes it look easy and like nothing ever goes wrong.

Had a 'short' come up today about woodturning a bamboo eye and I immediately thought that would be something Nick or Ben should do. I get on here this evening and here you are doing a bamboo project, crazy! A few hiccups but turned out jubbly in the end. Happy New Year Nick and here's to reaching the million in the new year

I like the chatter marks on the the resin! I think it would have looked cool to leave the chatter marks and then do a leveling coat of clear over it. The texture is fun 😁

I love that you even post the projects that didn't go as planned or didn't have the intended effect. I'm a terrible perfectionist sometimes and your "well, that was worth a try" type videos remind me that the point of a hobby is to have fun.

I agree while the waffling keeps me coming back its great watching nick overcome the kinds of issues everyday people may encounter because they just dont know better. He knew a fast set resin might not be best idea for a pour that deep but many wouldn't have any clue. Nick has his own way of doing things and he learns too

Love the new hair I too went a new colour for 2024 I’m now SILVER not white…I prefer White tbh. I do like the Lava effect on the black, reminds me of Tenerife… it is everywhere.

that bowl was Absolutly gorgeous and reminded me of the expensive glass "ONLY FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS" bowls a friend of my mum used to have
Conceptually probably my favorite to date, even if the bamboo became unpredictable and bubbly I think the final product is still pretty stellar!!
As someone who makes things, I think seeing the mistakes and how to fix them is really important. A) it makes people feel they aren't on their own when they cock things up and B) shows how things can be corrected. Priceless, know what I mean? 😄

Mr Zammeti, this is much more than 'Kinda alright' its bloody brilliant.
Your videos are genuine, it shows that shizz happens and hiw frustrating it is, but everything is pretty much surmountable.
And the video is oit at Christmas. The season of Christmas runs until Candlemas, which is in February.
