Great video! I'm currently preparing to teach a university class about "Creating Digital Content" and our last section will be about content audits and competitive analysis. I just came across this video as I was pulling together curriculum plans, and I will be sure to share your video with my students! This is not only a great explanation of how to conduct a content audit, but a great example of how to leverage them for your career growth. Thank you!!

Hi thanks for this info! Would you have any tips for conducting one for a big and already very successful company like The Financial Times? I am under the impression that they have nailed their marketing from an outsiders point of view, all of the things you mentioned seem to be In check when I look. Should I just not mention that I contacted one as I don't seem to have any recommendations? Or do you think there is always something I could mention as some feedback?

I’d say there’s always room for change/optimization/experimentation even with large brands. It’s still meaningful to review what they are doing and how. 1) You might have different ideas they haven’t tried 2) you can evaluate them against larger or newer media brands and how they run their content/social media and get inspired for tactics that work really well for them. Hope this sparks some ideas!
Hello Elif, i haven't understood the lead generation very well, what are the CTAs,forms, gated assets, landing pages please? And can you please make a video on how to conduct a marketing plan? Thank you so much elif!

CTA is a CALL TO ACTION - example: buttons on webpages that say BUY NOW/DOWNLOAD NOW. Or, the way I say 'PLEASE SUBSCRIBE and LIKE THIS VIDEO' is also be a CTA. I am calling you to take an action upon watching my content. LANDING PAGE - example: open the description bar of this video: click on the link after this text: ⬇️ SIGN UP TO HERE ABOUT MY UPCOMING ONLINE COURSE ⬇️ The page that opens in your browser is called a landing page. You have clicked on a link that took you to a page that has ONE SPECIFIC PURPOSE, which is to collect email information of people who are interested in an online course. Once you submit your email, you are a LEAD for me, which means that you have shown interest in an offer (online course) that I will potentially launch and announce. The different elements that go into this process constitute a LEAD GENERATION flow for me. Does this make it more clear for you?
U don't need text rewriter. Existing neural networks do not issue effective output result. Find informative publications to enhance your presence at on the new generation Textscout platform. Nice video! Thanks
hi elif, how can i bring the audit up in an interview so it flows naturally?

Great question. A couple of examples could be when you're asked about: - your research of the company or thoughts on their marketing strategy, - what would you do in the first 30 days to set the ground up for success OR they mention a challenge they are facing within their strategy or organization and if you have suggestions on how to solve it. Hope that's helpful!
Hi Elif, how do I bring up the marketing audit I conducted during the interview? I don't want to come across as disparaging of their current marketing team or the company if I have many corrective suggestions.

great question! bring it up naturally in the conversation and talk about your observations from their marketing activities and spin it off towards x, y, z things being prioties on your action plan if you were to work together. giving feedback during an interview can be a sensitive topic as some people are very open and welcoming about it and others aren't. try to get a feel of how the person will take it. but if they're not open to feedback and change, then why work with that company in the first place?
That would be content marketing job. Where you don’t make any content, but look into how it’s working out for the company. Yes it’s very much needed for every company and you will have a great scope in it
Thank you for sharing such valuable secrets! I will do them when applying for a job! One question, what do you mean by looking at activity type on social media?

You're very welcome! What type of content they publish, how they engage with their followers, responses, frequency of posting, language, text style, tone of voice, etc.

Call to action = CTA

Don’t “present” it unless that’s asked for - naturally blend it in your answers
I listen you, I made of my website and selling swimwear and fashion clothing (seo and company), thanks a lot from Sydney. ;)
that's amazing! Pls share the website.
Another excellent video.
I don't like writing content, but I love to see the performance, insight, engagement.
Is it good or bad for my future jobs?
Thank you! It’s absolutely not a bad thing. Content creation is a separate skill and art and you could simply be talented in the other areas.
That would be content marketing job. Where you don’t make any content, but look into how it’s working out for the company. Yes it’s very much needed for every company and you will have a great scope in it
Can you work on my project? How can I contact you?
Hi
First of all
Too many anagrams (CTA’s etc) Keep it less jargon-based.
she's stuck on my mind.. I see her everywhere
my god
🤷🏻♀️ that's not at all my goal.
@ You have no idea how attractive you are💗
God bless you
Loved this video too!! I was wondering if you could share how you create your content and how you take the most out of your creativity.
Will try :)
