Don't get fooled by factory visuals; they are eyewash. Place the order and they will sit on it. They update shipping details immediately, but do not ship the product even after the delivery date passes, it will still be in production when you will follow up. You keep them reminding. For every request you make...they will ask 72 hours to respond. Even if you make cancellation request, they are so lethargic in their approach, they will ask for 72 hours for that. No communication effort is made by them. you only will have to keep following them and beg for the product for which you have already paid. If you are not believing me, experience yourself.

After watching this video I was inspired with this company I decided to purchase sofa set in Guntur there is no delivery facility to my city, even though I went Hyderabad and visited wakefit show room in sarath city , and came back to Guntur given delivery address Vijayawada, they are providing delivery in Vijayawada. Booked 2 sets napple sofa set on 10 oct 22, estimated delivery date given 28th oct 22. i got call from wakefit company people on 27th oct 22 because of logistics problem they cant deliver. simply cancelled. just rotated our money for 17 days. Even there is no updates in website after booking product . just showing always product confirmed. No process nothing. My order was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but it still shows that its in production, not even shipped yet. Its a shame that the customer support team has no clue on how they can actually help the customers. If the service and response time is this bad even before delivering the product, I cant even imagine how bad the after sale service would be !!
Exactly, my case is even worse. The delivery agent came in a big truck and was asking me to arrange a tempo on my own expense if I wanted the delivery, I made him talk to the customer care executive and he asked him to bring the sofa in small vehicle but later he went off and made up a false story that the sofa couldn't be delivered because the staircase was too narrow and after more than a month it's still not delivered to me, have had thousands of call with the customer care all the know to say sorry and sorry but to resolution, they just don't have any information. I wonder what a pain it will be if I'll have to avail warranty if this is delivered.
Absolutely fed up with @Wakefit! Their service is a complete letdown. Ordered a sofa and dining table as per their salesperson's assurance for delivery by 6th August. Guess what? Just marketing largest furniture factory is of no use. I ordered a sofa on Oct 9th 2022 and paid online. Here CEO says they manufacture 2000 sofas per day. My delivery date is actually 22nd Oct but today they called me up and said it will be delivered by Oct 26 only, that too when I repeatedly chased them for update. My advice to wakefit is don’t fool people by saying you have India’s largest factory which makes no sense to a customer if you take more than 2 weeks time to manufacture and deliver a small 2 seated sofa. Fortunately people who have small manufacturing facility deliver in less time compared to wakefit. Let people know how many orders you are capable to deliver within time frame. 🤨

These guys are junk, they say so much on advertisements but when it comes to products and customer service, it is very very worst. We ordered a prepaid ortho plus mattress and that was supposed to deliver on 20th June 2023 but till now it didn't happen and the main interesting point is they don't have tracking details to track the product once it is out for delivery. Their customer executives are dumped on chat and call, they read out pre-composed messages and say wait for another 24hrs. Their executives will ONLY oral confirmation but not an update on the support ticket and not even on the customer registered email id. They don't even have a next-level escalation facility to frustrated customers like me. I strongly REGRET on choosing #wakefit, becare full if you are willing buy their product at your risk please choose cash on delivery so that at least you will have money in hand to buy an alternative.

I order a tv unit on 13.04.2024. it delivered to me 2weeks delay from scheduled delivery date. When i am writing the comment (28.06.2024), the installation not done. Wakefit not return my money also . As per my experience dont buy from wakefit. My exeperience is very bad. The customer care have no knowledge and authority about the product. Yes I agree their matresses are made of good quality but wooden beds are made of poor quality. They are joining piece of wooden blocks to make the long bar of wood. Quality is very bad. I am commenting after usage of one year. Their beds won't last more than 3 years

I am an end user customer of Wake fit. I ordered 3 seater sofa along with other furniture items. It was delayed for a week and even then partial sofa was delivered. I am taking follow up for last 20 days but every time customer care provides fake timelines. That's why Indian startups are not trustworthy. They treat their customer like numbers. I don't care about your mass production and your advertisement. He says it has capacity to produce 5000 beds every day, accordingly to what i experience, its all fake. There are very few king size beds model with storage in wakefit and every time it says it is out of stock.

Don't get fooled by factory visuals; they are eyewash. Place the order and they will sit on it. They update shipping details immediately, but do not ship the product even after the delivery date passes, it will still be in production when you will follow up. You keep them reminding. For every request you make...they will ask 72 hours to respond. Even if you make cancellation request, they are so lethargic in their approach, they will ask for 72 hours for that. No communication effort is made by them. you only will have to keep following them and beg for the product for which you have already paid. If you are not believing me, experience yourself.

After watching this video I was inspired with this company I decided to purchase sofa set in Guntur there is no delivery facility to my city, even though I went Hyderabad and visited wakefit show room in sarath city , and came back to Guntur given delivery address Vijayawada, they are providing delivery in Vijayawada. Booked 2 sets napple sofa set on 10 oct 22, estimated delivery date given 28th oct 22. i got call from wakefit company people on 27th oct 22 because of logistics problem they cant deliver. simply cancelled. just rotated our money for 17 days. Even there is no updates in website after booking product . just showing always product confirmed. No process nothing. My suggestion better buy in Amazon. every step we get updates about our products. Even 1 * is waste for this company administration.

My order was supposed to be delivered a week ago, but it still shows that its in production, not even shipped yet. Its a shame that the customer support team has no clue on how they can actually help the customers. If the service and response time is this bad even before delivering the product, I cant even imagine how bad the after sale service would be !!
Exactly, my case is even worse. The delivery agent came in a big truck and was asking me to arrange a tempo on my own expense if I wanted the delivery, I made him talk to the customer care executive and he asked him to bring the sofa in small vehicle but later he went off and made up a false story that the sofa couldn't be delivered because the staircase was too narrow and after more than a month it's still not delivered to me, have had thousands of call with the customer care all the know to say sorry and sorry but to resolution, they just don't have any information. I wonder what a pain it will be if I'll have to avail warranty if this is delivered.
Absolutely fed up with @Wakefit! Their service is a complete letdown. Ordered a sofa and dining table as per their salesperson's assurance for delivery by 6th August. Guess what? It's the 11th and still no sign of my furniture! Tried reaching out to their 'helpful' team, but all I got was empty promises and no solutions. This is beyond ridiculous
Just marketing largest furniture factory is of no use. I ordered a sofa on Oct 9th 2022 and paid online. Here CEO says they manufacture 2000 sofas per day. My delivery date is actually 22nd Oct but today they called me up and said it will be delivered by Oct 26 only, that too when I repeatedly chased them for update. My advice to wakefit is don’t fool people by saying you have India’s largest factory which makes no sense to a customer if you take more than 2 weeks time to manufacture and deliver a small 2 seated sofa. Fortunately people who have small manufacturing facility deliver in less time compared to wakefit. Let people know how many orders you are capable to deliver within time frame. 🤨

These guys are junk, they say so much on advertisements but when it comes to products and customer service, it is very very worst.
We ordered a prepaid ortho plus mattress and that was supposed to deliver on 20th June 2023 but till now it didn't happen and the main interesting point is they don't have tracking details to track the product once it is out for delivery. Their customer executives are dumped on chat and call, they read out pre-composed messages and say wait for another 24hrs. Their executives will ONLY oral confirmation but not an update on the support ticket and not even on the customer registered email id. They don't even have a next-level escalation facility to frustrated customers like me. I strongly REGRET on choosing #wakefit, becare full if you are willing buy their product at your risk please choose cash on delivery so that at least you will have money in hand to buy an alternative.

As per my experience dont buy from wakefit. My exeperience is very bad. The customer care have no knowledge and authority about the product. Their policy not in favour of customer.
They always tell you 'wait for 24 to 48 hours. Issue will be resolved'. I am suffering from 2.5 months but no solution provide by them.
I will never buy from them in future and suggestion to everyone not to purchase from wakefit.

Yes I agree their matresses are made of good quality but wooden beds are made of poor quality. They are joining piece of wooden blocks to make the long bar of wood. Quality is very bad. I am commenting after usage of one year. Their beds won't last more than 3 years

I am an end user customer of Wake fit. I ordered 3 seater sofa along with other furniture items. It was delayed for a week and even then partial sofa was delivered. I am taking follow up for last 20 days but every time customer care provides fake timelines. That's why Indian startups are not trustworthy. They treat their customer like numbers. I don't care about your mass production and your advertisement. You just loot your customers if you take money and do not deliver items. 100 satisfied customers promote business far more than lot of unsatisfied customers and RUclips ads. its not WAKEFIT its FAKEFIT.

He says it has capacity to produce 5000 beds every day, accordingly to what i experience, its all fake. There are very few king size beds model with storage in wakefit and every time it says it is out of stock.

@@Wakefit i had already called your customer care number, they said they don't have installation and un installation service while shifting home, I had to buy services from local carpenters, they charged hefty and also it was difficult for them to assemble it.

India's largest furniture factory can't deliver a Sofa on time, Their after-sales are pathetic and no one knows anything except "Please wait for 24-72hrs more". Its been more than 15 days since I booked a sofa with wake fit Bangalore. I've been contacted twice by their team for delivery and they've failed to deliver. Perhaps you should spend some money on Logistics too before marketing

Please note that the delay was anticipated early in-advance and I had called the customer executive on October 16 as the item reached by nearest hub on 14th of October and there were no further updates.
Even after that no action was taken up. Its so much dissatisfied to let you guys know that the service you provide as customer service as well as delivery related is really bad. It's not the first bad experience that I'm facing.
The item ordered is a bed which is a necessity as I have a baby who is just completed 100 days. Believing your product I had ordered and it looks like the worst decision for me.

Ordered an L shape napper sofa from wakefit on 23th Oct,2022 and today it's 27th Nov,2022 and I am writing this as a frustrated customer because the sofa is still not delivered. The delivery agent came with a big truck and denied me door step delivery instead he was asking me to arrange a tempo to take the sofa to my house on my expense then what is the free delivery for? The customer care executive asked the delivery agent to come in a small vehicle but to my surprise the delivery agent later made up a false story that the sofa couldn't be delivered as the staircase was narrow. Sofa is still lying in the warehouse after more than a month. Kindly deliver the sofa to me.

It's been 23 days now since I ordered, still there's no update about the product delivery.
