I made this Dish exactly how you told and it came out very tasty, the only addition was adding Desi Ghee, One spoon Kashmiri Mirch (it gave the Dish a bright Red colour), One tea spoon Khus Khus or Poppy Seeds (ground with Cashew Nuts) and Kewra Water. I am a great fan of your recipes. Thank you
Benazir, great quorma. You didnt use remaining dahi?. What I do is - sauté sliced onions with sabut garam masala+ one floret javitri n half crushed jaiphal+ 6 cashew nuts together till onions are less than dark brown. Make paste with dahi as you did. I marinate my chicken in this paste overnight. Then cook in ghee+ oil. Add red chilly and coriander powder. 1 tbsp kewra water. Then I smoke it( dhungar). I like your cooking style- uncomplicated and lucid descriptions.
Turmeric is not used in mughlai korma n kaju along with almond is better to use. Fried onions should be crushed with hand instead of making paste of it. Paste dalne se gravy danedar nhi hoti
I really like all your recipes.I had tried so many of them.But they are mild( less spicy).As we are maharashtrian ,we likes more spicy recipes.plz tell us how to make it spicy.But I really love all your dishes.
