Sonic the Hedgehog OVA and his name is Hyper Metal Sonic. This version of Metal Sonic is dangerous because he knows everything Sonic is
going to do so he can’t lose, Sonic actually loses the battle against him but Tails
saved him at the last second, but will he survive at the end of the mod?

may have something to do with the fact that the text soon leaves the screen and it's just beeping for a few seconds as sonic then translates simply.

Fun fact: the kick it song is a reference to a hidden screen in sonic cd, which had that robotnik being a dj, and metal and sonic raping
