This song is the hope of every believer and a wonderful reminder of God's encouraging blessed assurance of an eternity with Him. He lovingly promises that we will never run this race alone. Whenever we stumble and fall, He helps us back up and strengthens us so that we can courageously complete our daily walk of faith through our lifetime journey. Knowing the best is yet to come increases our yearning for heaven and the face-to-face meeting of our awesome Savior. The temporary addictive joys and the heartbreak of painful trials threaten our resolve to keep our eyes on God as our guide and soul-provider. Earthly treasures cloud our point-of-view, causing us to forget that nothing can compare to what's in store for us while joining the angels singing "Holy is the Lord." Wherever life takes us, heaven awaits the believer after this life is finished. God, through Christ, has set us free from the bondage of sin and death restoring our relationship with Him. Even when we can't see God at work, He is never idle and He is making all things new by restoring everything back to His original creation. Nothing can thwart the plan of God. He has made a way where there seems to be no way. He is continuing to make a way for us in our lives where there seems to be no way. What an awesome, loving, powerful, merciful, holy, and wise God we have!
I've been trying to find this song since 2005. It was a real help to me during the process of mourning my mothers death. Thank you Lord for the blessed assurance.
Scott Krippayne I am a big fan of your songs. I am from the Philippines. Your songs really helped me so much in my life. I remember 2008 I was listening to "I'm not cool" and "Every single tears"...so glad to see you here...=)))
Very meaningful and to the point music about life. I continue to play this song way too often because the words and music inspire me. I already told my kids to play this at my funeral. Your so right. The best is yet to come. Thankyou Scott Kripppayne
Hands down, my most favorite song ever; of all time! I absolutely LOVE Scott Krippayne and have just about all his albums. One (of many) regrets in my life is that I've never seen him in concert or have had a chance to meet him, even though he has been in my area several times. The lyrics to this song are awesome and the most inspirational to anyone who has had led a life the likes that I have. Thank you for posting this on RUclips!!!
This song Scott and You’ve been good has changed my life. Now and in the past! The first time I had breakthrough was when I had a dark night of the soul. I woke up with both of these songs on my head and I had no idea where they came from. Then I tried the words in RUclips and found them and that you sang them. Wow, I didn’t even know about your music. This is truly a gift from above!! Thank you!
We have begun practicing a Christmas Cantata at my church. Scott co-wrote a song with Marie Reynolds entitled Let There Be Light. The cantata is entitled His Love Still Shines and was arranged by Keith Christopher.
Yeah thanks for posting this! I never heard of him until i saw it come up on yahoo launch a couple of years ago. Any way to put up "Twenty-Three" which i think is his best song???? God bless you.
