It is a nine circles level, just not as flashy as something like balengu vortex, also has a more unique and non copy paste design, and the flashes are more on the background than on the blocks. And of course, it is Sonic Wave #2.
I want to see Mujigae, Hateful Reflection and Down Bass :( tbh Auditory Breaker, Generic Wave and Sonic Wave Rebirth aren't really Nine Circles, they're remakes of a nine circles level.
