Hold on... you only have 922 subscribers? How is that possible? I had this come across those suggested movies on the right and will now have to buy the movie due to your review. Your descriptions of scenes are spot on and you're entertaining while doing so. Please ask a really successful YT publisher you know how to get more hits/subscribers because I certainly have no idea and you deserve more. Liked and subscribed.
PS: I am on a fixed income and sadly cannot afford Patreon. Sorry.

I'm sorry. I don't want to outstay my welcome but would you like me to show you an easy way to read poetry so it's not painful. Shall i post it here or email you?

Well done on this review my friend. I'm glad you thoroughly studied and enjoyed this classic Australian film. The country where it's shot is not far from me. There's also a memorial park up the road in relation to Banjo's service in WW1, the training of horses for battle, the famous Light Horse. Those horses, Walers, are the wild horses from the high country, just like the one Spur gives to young Jim. So this story of a tough mountain, mongrel bred horse is in no way untrue. The Light Horse Brigade, rode by men typically recruited from rural Australia, and crack shots with a 303 rifle, would storm the trenches. Naturally, the Turks feared these invasions.
Speaking of that, there's another great Australian film for you to watch, Gallipoli.
