s md 💯 absolutely hun. I always has to be the calm rational one when I was only 8 years old. I always had to be the mediator of every situation, I was a very quiet passive child and never really talked backed to them, so it was easy for them to put me in the middle. My brothers never wanted to even hear about it so l had one brother enlist into the marines as soon as he was 18. Had another one who went to live with family in Europe and attended school there. I was the youngest so I was exposed to most of it it would get intense to the point that I was getting physically ill. Had tummy issues when I was kid, I was losing my hair from stress when I was only 13. It was extremely unhealthy. They were great parents individually why they didn’t separate sooner is beyond me. I was begging them to get a divorce when I was 11, that how much I wanted out of that environment. I respect parents who realize that their relationship is not well and decide to go their separate ways, because it’s worse continuing to let your kids grow up in a toxic household.

I’m watching 90 day Journey Darcey and this actually hurts my soul to see how much Darcey was being abused emotionally and psychologically. This is domestic abuse. Jesse was controlling, dismissive, emotionally abusive in every single way. He did nothing but manipulate and gaslight her. He would constantly make her feel down and break her down. He humiliated her. He just used poor Darcy for her money and sex. He is a vile individual. TLC should never allowed such abuse to air on TV. He emotionally traumatised her.
