It made me realize that I had been doing that automatically during high stress times, but I often viewed it as more of "being on a shorter fuse" kind of thing, almost a failure, rather than a coping strategy that I could consciously utilize even BEFORE a high stress period.
Thanks for the tips I have been crying a lot lately and my lashes have been thinning and falling out for a unknown reason to then I find out it’s bc of stress it feels like it’s never ending and I’ll be stuck like this my whole life but I’m trying these tips to help me stress 😢
