Leg kicks! lol. Ooops, sorry wrong sport. Joking aside, I'm an old guy and I like the lead uppercut and other unorthodox leads. They work well vs experienced guys who don't really expect it. I could never hit my 20 yr old instructor with a leg kick until I threw in a feint lead uppercut. He was perplexed why I'd do it but it worked exactly twice! It was the only thing that made him back up a step, which gave me room to extend the kick, or if he checks the kick, the hook is usually there. Boxing still the sweet science! Sets up all other mma options. Everyone cheered that I kicked him. Then he wiped the floor with me! Still a moral victory for me and all geezers and I still cherish it Al Bundy style! peace

I just have to say, I appreciate your work so much, Tony. It's absolutely insane that in this day, we can watch how-to box videos from an Olympic fighter.
My father was the junior olympic gold medalist in my state and it's crazy how much cross over there is between what he taught me and how you teach. Even down to the mannerisms and the way y'all explain things.
Im so happy that anyone can learn the greatest workouts for general fitness and how to defend themselves for free, just as I did from my father.
Even though I've been training since I was a toddler, I still learn new things from your videos and once again, I cant say enough about how valuable this information is. Amazing channel, Tony.

I'm a Southpaw so I focus on the Rear Hook to the Body and I am 100% Street Fight based. Liver shots are impossible to endure. We're genetically hardwired to protect our "brain bucket" and eyes. Slight feint upstairs and then bomb the liver. Worked every time thus far. Great tutorial on my fave punch. Thanks for what you do.

Someone's going to have to explain that tiled step being below the bottom rope of that ring area to me, and how that isn't a potential fatality.
I love your content otherwise. But why? It's more of a hazard than if it wasn't roped off as a makeshift ring.
