It is amazing that humans can even do that. That was awe inspiring, and I want to thank you for sharing such an intimate moment. Most would not think to share something so personal. But it’s a credit to you to be able to be so selfless and share a tender side that humanity can offer up as well being one of the most important acts our species is capable of. You have my gratitude.

Bekah... this is so beautiful. The fact that you had the strength to go through this naturally, going into the unknown. It just shows how strong you are. I had my baby girl a month after Ruth’s birth and I tried so hard to go naturally but I couldn’t take the pain and ended up getting an epidural. I wasn’t allowed to take pictures or video in my hospital so I’m going off what I remember of my baby’s birth. This brings tears to my eyes seeing the raw emotions and how much support you had. Truly such a blessing you put this video out because this gave me a little flashback of when I had my baby girl and that’s something I’ll never forget. So proud of you mama, I wish and hope for nothing but blessings coming to your family❤️

This is what is so important for people to see. Life is beautiful, raw, emotional, powerful and doesn't need to be edited and sculpted in such a way that people are shielded from portions which others think may be too much to handle. IF we aren't able to share our FULL experiences, that is WHEN the world becomes too much. And that is when we are made to feel as though we must fit into a mold of impossibility.
Yes, there are parts of life which are hard, and painful, much harder and more painful for some that others. But the more support we give, the much better the outcome and the less people feel desperate, depleted, afraid and in despair. Not to be mistaken as everything can be solved with mind over matter. And apologies for getting slightly political on such a beautiful video.
Wishing you, your daughter and your family all the best and that you continue to share many more magical and powerful experiences which hold their own intrinsic value throughout hers and your life. Thank you for sharing!

I’m so incredibly proud of you! I had two natural unmedicated births at a birthing inn (my first two daughters). This brought tears to my eyes... brought back all the memories. I delivered my twin boys at a hospital due to the higher risk, but nothing compares to my birthing inn deliveries! 💕

I have given birth to 5 living children, all natural and 3 unmedicated and 1 home birth. Birth still pulls my hearts strings. Always! I am in another phase of my life now, i am currently 34 and i cannot wait for us (hubs too) to experience along with our girls the birth of our grandchildren. Their dad is an amazing birth coach and it would be magical if he could help them at least during labor. If they were to ask me, I would be honored. Your mom is a great example of support and encouragement and security in your birth. It was all just lovely!
