Mr Atlas, This is the first restaurant that I've been to where you have done your challenge. Hard to believe that you ate all this food. I ate half of the calzone and I'm very full.Your awesome doing what you do !
i love that you’re eating everything i cook cause i work at an italian restaurant here in nashville. we cook all the same things except it’s a different presentation. pesto sauce is my fave and we have pesto mayo too which is good with sandwiches and fries. come to nashville again.
Curious about the pesto sauce, do you add cream to pesto? Pesto is usually in oil not like a white sauce like in this video. But pesto mayo is also amazing

Oh... So help me God. I am not a competitive eater, by any means, but I would love to eat all that. Not saying I could complete it, but I would definitely LOVE to try eating all of the beautiful, beautiful food. That all looks AMAZING.

I find Randy to be one of the few honest eaters. There are some after show videos floating around giving a n insight what it means to conquer those challenges and hitting the John afterwards. You can see that Randy puts on weight and slims down again while other people appear to be thin as a rail. There are some types of competitive eaters who barf it all out after. It is easy to see, no metabolism is fast enough to digest 12k Calories on a regular basis unless your name is Brian Shaw or Eddie Hall. Randy you are awesome and a real food champ unlike those barfers (I will not name and shame but we all know).

First of all, Randy is a genius for making an excellent living, on the road, as a professional glutton. I regret never losing my amateur status. With all the terrible things happening in the world, there is unprecedented opportunity for creative hustlers (in the good sense) with appealing personalities. Well done Randy. Having seen maybe a score of these, this is the leitmotiff: Randy can scarf down 6-7 pounds of food in < 1 hour. He sure can and he can have 20 minutes to spare or 7 minutes to spare depending on a couple of tactical choices. But Randy can eat 7 pounds at a sitting, don't bet against him. Apparently he can do it a few times in a week which is itself very impressive. As he does it he is surrounded by people shouting his name. I am a little concerned for the health effects which would not be zero (I love his references to "healthy vegetables" as he dives into 7 pounds of crusty, meaty, breaded Yada). I'm not sure why I enjoy these but I'm not tired of them yet...despite gnawing guilt.
