Such an interesting video. Thank you so much. Just a small thing - when you draw over elements of the car, it can sometimes be hard to then remember exactly what I’m looking at as it is covered. I wonder if a brush that was more of a highlight (70%-80% opacity) rather than a solid brush (100% opacity) might help to be able to understand the intricacies of what you are talking about better. Might just be me who is having trouble here but thought I’d mention it. Thanks again
I was about to suggest something similar, because I also feel that at the end of the explanation the picture is hidden under a lot of lines so I can’t see anymore the part. Other channels erase the previous lines when they talk about another element or another think to look on the same picture and I think it would be also more clear and cleaner here too
Agreed,. Maybe a side by side so we can compare the drawing to the actual in real time. Playing with opacity might work but it'd have to be just right and hence would prefer a side by side.

*_Thanks for making me feel smarter than what I am,_* even though I didn't understand half of your explanations. LOL! 😏
Great work!
These are great. You use the term “cranked” an awful lot and for non-aerodynamicists it might be helpful to understand a bit. Maybe flash up a definition in text onscreen so folks can follow.
Watch me crank it watch me roll! Watch me crank that ...aerodynamics?
He's referring to relative peak loading points.
Basically the concavity/angle
Yes I would like an explanation from Luke as well.
Great aero analysis! But what about the diffuser? Also interesting to see the placement of the pitot tubes on the floor. You can see where they are trying to maximise downforce through the floor for the driver. Maintaining effective sealing off the floor as much as possible also seems to be one of their goals for drivability.
From memory, I don't think that they ever showed the diffuser. Teams tend to try to hide that
They didn't show it so he cant really comment
When 2014 came in, It was quite clean looking compared to others, and they were on fire
Your content and knowledge is amazing and exactly the content I have always wanted from formula 1 . Thank you
Looking forward to a video on the sidepodless version of the W13
Love it how the renders are different. The Haas looks completely different to their render, so maybe worth revisiting that haha?
