One question: why are these affirmations said with "you" instead of "I am"? What is the effect of hearing them said to me from a "you are" perspective? Thank you.
Hello, thank you for asking ☺️: It is a matter of preference and what works best for one. "I am" is more personal (and meditative) while these "you are" ones are more motivational. By using "you" it shifts the perspective, as if someone is speaking positively to you. This way you do not have to repeat them in your head, it is more like a motivational, empowering tape.. You have to try what works best for you, some prefer the "I am" and others the "you are" perspective- both achieve the same. ☺️ If you have any more questions, feel free to ask and have a beautiful day!
