Even if this was the only Nintendo 64 game Daisy appeared in her Super Mario Land costume, this showed what Daisy would have looked like back in the 90s had people outside of Japan didn't assume that Daisy was a complete rip-off of Princess Peach. She was no Princess Peach rip-off! Sure she may have looked like Princess Peach, but she was not Princess Peach! I didn't like the mindset of Americans back in the day. I see they weren't used to Princess Daisy back in the 90s as they are now, but I didn't like how they assumed that Daisy and Peach are one in the same character only because they looked too similar to each other. I understand that Daisy's original design was too confusing to American audiences as they were very familiar with Peach. It's just not fair that Princess Daisy got censored for playable video game appearances during the 1990s only because most people didn't think that Daisy was different from Peach in her original appearance. I'm glad Americans knew better, and seeing what Japan got back in the day, I was so envious of Japan. I shouldn't be envious of Japan anymore. Thank you for allowing me to see Peach feeling sorry for Daisy because Daisy didn't much appearances in her classic design unlike Peach. Americans were confused between Daisy and Peach because they were familiar with Peach, so Daisy was cast aside only because most people back in the 90s didn't think that Daisy was different from Peach in her original design. I know that is stupid and I'm sad that it happened, but that's because Americans were familiar with Peach and the Mushroom Kingdon, so Daisy surprised many people. Unlike today, many people back in the 90s didn't know Daisy was different from Peach because they didn't know Daisy was a tomboy and Peach was well known during that time.
