Here is my take. This kunafa is something that is new in the Indian market. Kunafa can be make and sold in super stores that will make money. Kunaka can be franchised and owners can make a % profit from the addition of each store. Additionally, they can adopt a business model where the owners can buy the store and lease out the store to someone who is interested in the franchise thereby making money each month. Lastly, kunaka is profit making without a doubt because the owners have appeared in the shark tank. In my opinion, the sharks have made a poor decision by not investing. With the addition of each store they would have invested in Real Estate of the store at the very least even if the store didn't make a profit.
