YEEEEESSS!!!! Not only all this, but when you leave the corporate life all that few hundred you have to start paying out more for health insurance, say goodbye to a retirement plan, no paid vacay day or paid sick leave on top of having to grow your client base. Gotta keep your hustle strong and just remember that everything starts small and slow like an ugly little seed but if you keep watering and nourishing your “seed” it’ll grow into the tallest most beautiful money tree. Hustle hard so you can play hard. But before anyone walks away from a fixed income, they might want to self learn and practice nail art on the side. Even as a nail art content creator I can honestly say I love it so much but it ain’t for the weak. Not everyone will like you, not everyone will even see you, but focus on your craft snd the ones who actually show you love and you’ll make it. If you’re in it only for the money then you’ll definitely fail when you don’t see the numbers come in. Gotta do it cause you love it. ❤
I love the Thai Pod already! I am a licensed cosmetologist and took to nails more than hair and makeup for now. My heart and passion is with nails, but am currently working 9-5 in the banking industry. It’s sooooo boring, I want to do what I love! I have a beauty business established already, but I do not have the clientele to support the full time entrepreneur lifestyle. I am looking for a way out, but will take your advice and wait until I can work those long hours I hear you talking of! Love your honesty, waiting on the next one!

Preach! The same goes for hair dressers! Get used to $5 tip for half an hour of work, lol.
This was very helpful. Here for the honesty
Yes 🙌🏽
Not wanting to quit...I just want it as a side hustle. If I get celebrity famous theeeeen maybe. For now I like working for at risk youth.
If you are not living with your parents or retired, think hard about it . Not easy and mostly not fun
Thank you this was very helpful information are you going to open a nail salon in New York City 😊
It's crazy, you can get a CNA is less time than it takes to be a nail technician. Cheaper too.
Yeah but I’m pretty sure Nail Techs make more than CNA’s lol.
