My daughter has high anxiety and she does the same thing as FeFe but she gets sick when there are large crowds of people she is on some meds now that really works great she can now go into a crowded store by herself now. High anxiety is not A.D.D. never thought about her wearing earphones in the store great idea thank you love you you have a great family

I have problems with my back and knees and it affects my walking abilities for standing a long time. My legs will go numb. I used to be afraid of the scooters , but shopping with my sister I used it one time. It was such a fun ride and experience 😂. My nephews were jumping on/off wanting to drive it with me 😂. Anyhow many Dunkin Donuts are closing for some type of repairs, because the f a name change. Omg not Starbucks, just go to another store.
The burrito bowl is easier because you can eat it with a fork. And it's all the same stuff. You can mix together kind of similar to a taco salad I highly recommend.

As a retired child therapist and child development specialist in pediatrics for 25 years, I have helped many parents learn about their se sorry challenges, and their child’s. It really sounds like you have developed tools to help you function when you are overwhelmed in noisy environments. I too use my AirPods when life gets too noisy.

Too many people and noise can bring on light anxiety. You’re not feeling faint sweating, shaking or having shortness of breath plus, but it can be a little too much, that’s all. You probably had it as a child, a lot of noisy people, and too much stimulation got on your nerves!! You may even backed away from people or hid, and that’s ok too! Sherri you’re use too it, and you’re loud and busy too, lol. I’m loud, my kids were loud, lol but now it can be too much for me. Too many people or too loud, gets on my nerves, except for my music! This stuff the young people are listening to these days can get on my nerves. Most of us can learn from quiet! It’s great when you can experience it a couple times a day! You center yourself. Like in meditation. You don’t have to close your eyes and sit in a certain way. You just shut up, and breath. Your earbuds cancel out the outside noise, it calms you and then you can focus on what you’re doing. Good going Fe-fe!! Nothing wrong with talking to people Sherri, I for one am a hi and bye! Once in a while I’ll talk to people, and I live with over 231 in my senior building! I’ve lived here over 15 years and may know only 7 names, if that many! I’m not rude or anything, I just have no tolerance for a lot of them. Wisdom does not come with age, and I refuse to be pulled into their energy! There are a lot of things that can be out of our control, but my peace is not one of them 🥰 As I have become older, I can look back at all the drama and people who brought all of that to my person and home. They all are dead but one, but it took a big chunk out of my health!! It wasn’t necessary, there were ways of handling all of it without all the mess they brought. All of that was eating me up from the inside. I was sick all the time! I couldn’t do to much back then, but I can now. Girl I had people who would drive to your house to fight with you because you wouldn’t answer the phone!!! Parents and ex husband. They had no peace and didn’t want you to have any either 😝 Protect your head, and body space Fe-fe, cause the stress from other people can kill you ❤️❤️❤️
