h1 = 128px hoga jab body, header mai 2em set hai aur khud h1 bhi 2em parent se inherit karega bina usme size set kiye bhi to body ki 32px hogi fir header 64px hoga then h1 128px not 96px 🙃

Nhi, both are different. % works relative to the parent. While vh, vw work relative to the screen size.
