For the dough:
Warm milk - 300 ml / 1.5 cups
Egg - 1
Vegetable oil - 150 ml/ half cup
Fresh yeast - 20 gr (dry yeast - 7 gr)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Flour - 550gr/4 cups
For the topping:
Sausage - 100gr
Cheddar cheese - 100 gr
Tomatoes - 2 pcs
Green onions - 3 pcs
Egg - 2 pcs
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper
Salt
For the brushing:
Egg yolk

البيض - 1
زيت نباتي - 150 مل / نصف كوب
خميرة طازجة - 20 جم (خميرة جافة - 7 جم)
ملح - 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
سكر - 1 ملعقة كبيرة
طحين - 550 غرام / 4 أكواب
الحشوة:
نقانق - 100 غرام
جبنة شيدر - 100 غرام
طماطم - 2 قطعة
بصل أخضر - 3 قطع
البيض - 2 قطعة
بابريكا - 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل اسود
