    I see the X1 is on the walmart web site...waiting for the X1S to also be offered there so I can purchase one!! Please hurry!

    Great upgrade to the remote but still needs work on the programming.

      @@sofabaton I bought it a month after buying the X1 thinking this one had a built-in mic. Hope you can add a mic with a firmware upgrade.

    You guys need US Phone tech support. I cannot wait 24 hours for a response in addition to the time difference. major hassle when trying to complete the setup. A PC based interface would also speed up the process. URC Remotes and Harmony did it that way for years and were very successful. I returned my unit to Amazon because it refused to pair with my Fire TV stick. I tried for hours and eventually returned unit. Your tech support offered no real solutions only the procedure that I tried 20 times before reaching out. I could only hope that my unit was defective and it was a fluke.
