Seal Snorkelling Adventures - Full Reviews:
We booked the tour weeks in advance in which we've received a receipt saying that we've paid GBP120 for 2 persons and that they'll pick us up at St. Mary's Quay. We've arrived 10 minutes early, waited by the quay until 5 minutes past the pick-up time and saw the boat left the pier.
There were no phone calls confirming the pick up points or even check where we were at all. We then tried to call them but there were no answers until about 20 minutes later. They said we couldn't claim the money back, the boat was full, they'll not offering any optional trip what so ever. It was the worst organisation we've ever encountered.

I've never experienced any of the apparent "chaos" you had around the ferry booking; it's always seemed pretty efficient to me, and you generally found more negatives than I ever have. Still a nice video although I can always do without intrusive background music too.
