Long before my time. Such a shame they don't do Jingles like this anymore. This is so classic.
I'm 15 and found it for a assignment for english about advertisements and this is great it makes me happy
Glad you found it! If you don't mind me asking, what was the assignment? The reason I have this ad in the first place is because I showed it to a group of middle schoolers at a museum where I was working in 2014.
@@RobertCass it was a 1960 thing, we were learning about the time and me and my partner got advertisements and i searched 1960's ads and this came up :)
@@sanssanders7480 That sounds like a fun assignment! In a few years you may be interested in watching "Mad Men." Have you heard of it? It's a TV series set at a New York City ad agency in the '60s. Great show.
@@RobertCass i've heard the name but that does sound interesting
I memorized this as a kid, then wrote it out on staff paper and sang it with my brother & sister.
Pop to lo
So clever! Best cereal commercial ever. Love the "crackle' verse. one version of the ad illustrated each part: "Geese cackle, feathers tickle, belts buckle, beets pickle..." Whatt a joy to hear and see it again, especially when they sing all the verses over each other. And I still buy Kellogg's SNAP CRACKLE POP Rice Krispies!!
But then again... who doesn't? ;)
@@DLCOrganization Not me anyway
@@ansumanahargett6227 -- You don't like this commercial/jingle?
Love this! Even though this was long before my time, this shit is soooo cute! Love the "Snap" lines, "You may clap, rap, tap, slap, but Snap makes the world go round!" I find it hilarious when they sing all three verses over one another at the same time, you can't even keep up with them!
Just great! This is the version I remembered as a kid. Thanks for posting it!
Jeff Missinne You're welcome!
This is probably my favorite design of the three.
I watch it when I was 9
Cool 😊👍
I bet that I could guess what the personalities of each character at the time of the ad was without research based on this ad, their animation and the lyrics they sing snd probably get close
0:47: I can mostly hear Crackle’s verse. I can hear Snap’s verse too. But I can’t even hear Pop!
That's because it's the same voice actor.
I recently learned the vocals on this commercial were done by the three male singers in a quartet called The J's With Jamie. With female lead Jamie Silvia, they sang dozens of major commercial jingles in the 60's. Here's a link to their "demo tape"... ruclips.net/video/9EFv2HArEDc/видео.html
Thank you for the link.
Meanwhile in the UK the Rolling Stones were doing Rice Krispies commercials. Look it up.
0:55 "Snap! Crackle! Pop! Makes the World go 'Round!"
“Kellogg’s best to you!”
Daws Butler was the voice of Snap. I think.
The singing vocals on this were performed by the three males in a quartet called The J's With Jamie. You can hear a demo of their commercial work here; the Rice Krispies jingle starts right after the 4-minute mark. ruclips.net/video/9EFv2HArEDc/видео.html
I love it!
Snap,Crackle,Pop! Rice Krispies!
I never realized there were so many version of this. And... several of them are awful! This is the one I remember and the one my brother, two sisters and I sang. By default, that makes it the best one!
I applaud your logic, sir!
Catchy as the original Q-Taro theme song from the 60's. You know, that anime in Japan that was really popular?

Yes, breakfast-cereal mascots were never the same after September 11, 2001.
