Leo/5th House North Node Life Purpose
On my personal journey I have noticed that everytime I rely on other people, especially groups, whether friends, classmates, institutions for support I have found myself being disillusioned and disappointed over and over, like they don't see me for who I really am or my talents go unrecognized, in contrast whenever I have followed my insticts and said or done things that I truly wanted to do, just for my own pleasure based on my own opinions and perspective in life, I've always gotten the support, recognition afterwards. There is a weird dichotomy in regards to success and recognition,when I try to please others I end up unsatisfied and unrecognized but when I am unapologetic i get both satisfaction and recognition. I have my Leo NN in the 10th house conjunct my Venus in Leo in the 10th which is also my Chart Ruler, Aquarius SN 4th house, I'm an artist, my biggest goal in life is to be respected as a creative force in the art world but I do struggle with putting myself out there because of my fears of rejection from the collective and what that would say about me personally.
You might not have intended this but you basically described us as assholes.

I always used to depend a lot on my friends, classmates and groups in general. I even used to take personal decisions based on what my friends had to say, their opinion meant a lot to me. However, my over dependence on friends was an escape from serious and emotional relationships in life. I always felt that if I had some good and loyal friends around, there is no need of a boyfriend and family. But life really pushed me in the direction of love by disappointing me in friendships again and again. Through my disappointments, I finally learned to accept romantic love and more intimate relationships and value family.
This placement gives me headaches. I go out there, and people always notice a certain side of me. They always see just one side, and they keep validating that side. And then as soon as I bring out the other side, they get mad, or they leave, or they feel like they don't know me anymore. It's so frustrating. But i also feel sort of desireless at times. My goal now is to identify what i want. I shall use what i want, as the compass that guides me, and that shall be the representative of how i will behave out there, . It's tough, but i will make it!
I have this placement. I have a tendency to be to giving and carrying to people I don't even know...

12th house Leo North Node has its challenges. Explored a lot of it but the sharing of the spiritual concepts derived through these individual experiences is not easy within today's collective minded society.

@@natejakavcnik4720 My way of looking at it, in simple terms, is NN is the astrological purpose for the soul's journey in this lifetime. With a Leo NN the characteristics for this lifetime's purpose are therefore fixed fire. To put yourself out there in a creative, passionate way with strong outward expression. Strong confidence, bold, active, individual. With the Leo NN in the 12th house this is the house of the psyche, spirit, and therefore often secreted away in the unconscious. So to fulfil the life purpose of Leo NN in the 12th house need to explore deeply into the unconscious/sub-conscious to connect with the barriers to expressing your life purpose journey of being radiantly confident, creative and passionate. In an individual way and not a collective way. There is lots more too it which you can pick up in Ella's video. Leo NN in 12th house is this lifetime's purpose. The 12th house is opposite to the 6th house in astrology so 6 houses from Leo is Aquarius. So you have your south node in Aquarius in the 6th house just like me. The south node represents your past lives. You will be comfortable with the SN in Aquarius in the 6th house characteristics because this is what you have experienced and developed in your past lives. You will be inexperienced in the characteristics of Leo NN in the 12th house and likely feel awkward about it. So your purpose in this lifetime is to try to break free of the Aquarius in the 6th house characteristics of health, wellness, daily routine, cleanliness of your past lives. Aquarius likes to be connected with groups, highly innovative and technologically orientated. Rather rebellious and abruptly expressive. So this is how you feel comfortable from your past lives but in that 6th house way. In a health orientated and sanitary way. Basically, in this lifetime you need to break free of those comfort level characteristics of SN in Aquarius in 6th house. To develop the areas of your life that oppose that lifestyle which is Leo NN in the 12th house. Which are to seek out individual confidence in a creative, passionate way that lies within your psyche, unconscious, subconscious, spirit.

@@natejakavcnik4720 I replied in some length but it got deleted. Leo NN is about acquiring confidence in active creative expression. Fixed fire. In the 12th house this is related to the psyche, unconscious, spiritual aspects of your life. Making it difficult for you to be consciously aware of what prevents you acquiring this confidence. This is the general astrological theme of your life purpose via the NN in this lifetime.
