Stuck with my flex spot in standard league-non ppr Walker Achane Aj brown Jefferson Waddle in flex right now DSmitty, ACooper, JWilliams(wr), and hubbard. I'm thinking waddle, usually solid vs divisional opponents and with mostert Out and achane questionable, I see a possibility of an expanded role for him, just not sure if upside of any others is worth over Waddle
How you feel about picking up likely as the second flex spot play? I already own Andrew’s as my TE. Also would you drop Singletary for Dobbins as your bench RB? I also have shakir and Lockett and J Addison on my bench?
Unless it’s TE premium I don’t like the idea of playing Likely in the flex; however, you could definitely talk me into picking him up to have him as an Andrews handcuff. I like the idea of picking up Dobbins, but I’d probably prefer to drop one of the WRs. Singletary had solid usage week 1 and in the short term I’d feel more confident playing him over Shakir/Lockett/Addison
Hey dude! - I have Brock Bowers and Kyle Pitts, would you get rid of either for Likely? Or even drop Bowers. Felt like Bowers was targeted a lot this past game and looks to be a featured target.
Also how screwed am I with WRs? I have Nico Collins, Devonta Smith, Keenan Allen, DHop & JSN. I had the first overall pick so didn’t get a chance to pick till late next round.
I don’t think you’re screwed. Collins and Smith are a solid #1 and 2. Keenan Allen could pan out with Odunze banged up. I’m not super optimistic about DHop, but I think JSN could be playable moving forward.
Yes, I agree, but don't expect Andrews not to rain on his parade some. Or they utilize both TEs where teams can't focus on both. Throw Flowers into the mix and that makes it hard on the defense.
@@thefantasyplaymakers Thanks. My league lets me drop bench players who already played so I preemptively picked up Conklin and dropped Musgrave since I didn’t have to burn waiver priority. Put in a claim for Likely (just dropping my defense and will cut a TE later in the week) but I’m 6th priority and Andrews, Kelce & Njoku owners all before me so I’m guessing at least one of them will put a claim in. I’m wondering if it’s worth burning a waiver claim for any of the other TEs in case my Likely claim doesn’t go through or just waiting till after waivers.
probably a question not many people can ask but im in a 8 man and 3rd in waivers (an inactive is ahead of me). isaiah likely jk dobbins and jameson williams are all on waivers what order would you claim those in a ppr league
That’s interesting. I’d probably lean likely if you don’t have a solid TE1. I’d lean Dobbins over Jamo just because in an 8 team league I don’t know if Jamo will ever feel like a reliable start. Dobbins could just straight up take over this backfield.
If i have Kinkaid and also have week 1 top waiver pick do I waste it on Isiah Likely? Or bank on Kinkaid bouncing back and prioritize another position with the top waiver this weeK
I don’t necessarily think you need Likely, but in terms of trade value he’s likely way more valuable than anyone else on waivers. I’d look to add him then try to trade him.
I have Njoku and Higgins so im guessing I should have space but are you dropping Chuba Hubbard or Blake Corum for Alexander Mattison or Tank Bigsby? I also have Shakir, Shaheed, Terry, JSN, Javonte, and Chase Brown across both of my teams but id like to imagine all of those guys are keeps.
I’d probably drop Chuba for Bigsby. The panthers backfield was a split, the offense looks rough, and Chuba pretty much becomes useless once Brooks is healthy.
Ppr i have jalen hurts, Derrick henry, Mostert, Justin jefferson, Tank dell, McLaurin, Jerome ford, Laporta. I’m thinking about trading jalen hurts or laporta but i don’t know what dept i should improve on or what trades to make
I prefer Stafford over Baker, especially as your backup. In the short term, Baker might be more appealing with Puka out. But if they’re on your bench I think Stafford is the better play once Puka gets healthy.
That’s definitely the concern. I will say the one main difference is that at least Legette dominated in his final season. He’s definitely not my favorite prospect but I’m willing to throw darts on these young guys who can break out throughout the season.
I’d probably hold onto Reed. If Jamo is on waivers I’m guessing it’s a pretty small league. I feel like Reed has the upside of being a more reliable weekly starter than Jamo.
Jaylen Wright: I agree, he's worth rostering. If for no other reason that Achane is made of glass and Mostert is old and also has an injury history.

I’d hold onto Pitts and Bowers. I thought Bowers usage was pretty encouraging and the talent is definitely there.
I don’t think you’re screwed. Collins and Smith are a solid #1 and 2. Keenan Allen could pan out with Odunze banged up. I’m not super optimistic about DHop, but I think JSN could be playable moving forward.
What do you think? Chris Godwin and Javonte Williams for Breece Hall. Im getting Breece
Give me Breece all day
I think Isaiah Likley is a good pickup.
Yes, I agree, but don't expect Andrews not to rain on his parade some. Or they utilize both TEs where teams can't focus on both. Throw Flowers into the mix and that makes it hard on the defense.
Happy I picked up some guys before the games started
Other than Likely, would you put any of your TE’s above Taysom Hill or Tyler Conklin?
Tough to tell with Conklin since we haven’t seen him yet, but I prefer Hill over the non Likely options.

12 team? What round you get Mostert?
@@shaebutter4 yea i got mostert in 6th
Trades are always complicated when trading elite QBs and TEs. Maybe Hurts and Ford for a QB downgrade but 2 quality RBs?
@@thefantasyplaymakers What do u think about this trade? Jalen hurt, Mostert, Mclaurin
Joe burrow josh jacob xavier Worthy 12 man ppr
If Ferguson has a serious injury, Schoonmaker makes a good pickup. Posting this before you get to the TEs, so ignore if you list him.
That’s a good call
Justice Hill: You said 3.3% owned, yet he is rostered in all 6 of my dynasty leagues. Go figure.
6 leagues, is that the optimal number for you or do you feel like it's too much sometimes
Would you put any of your QB’s above Justin Herbert?
I’d say on a week to week basis I’d probably take Fields over Herbert, but the concern with Fields is that his job isn’t secure.
Hi there I am wandering if I should switch dk Metcalf for rice I see he is one i can pick up
I prefer Rice over Metcalf
@@thefantasyplaymakers i trust you more than those other guys
Would u drop JSN for any of those RBs?
Nah I’d hold JSN
@@thefantasyplaymakers Corum?
Same for Mayfield.
Ok for my backup QB Im thinking about trading Matthew Stafford for Baker Mayfield, what do you think?

@@thefantasyplaymakers ok that's interesting
Isaiah Likely: I love him, but Andrews was double teamed by the Chiefs. People fading Andrews is a mistake.
I agree. Andrews definitely shouldn’t be written off.
Should I trade gibbs and DK for james cook and MHJ? I was heavily disappointed by DK this week
No
I’d hold Gibbs and DK. DK was disappointing but it was a low volume passing game for the Seahawks.
Quinn = the best
Let’s go!
should i give rice for MH jr?
Ooh that’s tough. I’d probably hold rice but i could go either way
Xavier Legette: No way. He is just another raw bad pick WR. See Jonathan Mingo. I could be wrong, but I don't think I am. Plus they have QB issues.
That’s definitely the concern. I will say the one main difference is that at least Legette dominated in his final season. He’s definitely not my favorite prospect but I’m willing to throw darts on these young guys who can break out throughout the season.
How is Stafford only rostered in 35.9% of leagues? Are they 10 team or less leagues?
I think it’s due to ESPN being low on Stafford. He’s buried on their rankings so he’s consistently going undrafted.
BEARS DST = 26 points...wooohooo, won me a bunch of matches
They went off for sure
would you drop reed for jamo?
I’d probably hold onto Reed. If Jamo is on waivers I’m guessing it’s a pretty small league. I feel like Reed has the upside of being a more reliable weekly starter than Jamo.
Adonai Mitchell: I believe Downs i close to returning, so there is that.
I think Tank Bigsby is fools gold.
Yet I put in a bid for him :bag: I'm a hypocrite.
Dowdle: Too much Zeke.
BUCKY BABY
I was offered a trade for my David Montgomery for his WR Olave…
I’d take Olave
Tucker Kraft is better than Luke Musgrave.
