What are the most commonly used selection methods? How can you determine the quality of a selection method in terms of objectivity, reliability and validity?

Mr. Trost, thank you for the lessons you made for us, on youtube. As a psychology student, in Romania, I studied the tests (NEO PI-R, MBTI and so on) also statistics, but I want to specialize on HRM & organizational psychology and your videos helps me a lot with gaining so much iformations ! Thank you! 🌄
+prygler ^^ I think they may know the rules but they may not know how to properly pretend, in this case better to be honest because some recruitment tests are well and scientifically developed, and perhaps through many expensive stages across disciplines (with cheap recruitment tests maybe ok)...if a HRM is well educated and experienced to deal with all those things, their job opportunities shouldn't be a matter ^_^
I did a degree in HR and if my teachers were half this good. I would have gone to all my classes. Thank you.

How do you interview a HRM educated person for a job? :) They know all the tricks and questions... So they won't work on them?

IQ is imho a kind of rassistic view of intelligence / cognition. It might be recognized by looking at an IQ world map.
It's not racist. It correctly measures cognitive ability.
Thank you
Thanks sir
