This was the best interview of this page I've seen because it touched on what's needed and helpful prior to arriving. And the guy who interviewed, man, he explained things to the T. This was so clarifying on many levels from an expat.
That's why Martell is one of the best. ;-) He's super articulate and thoughtful, and now out of teaching and living as a business owner in Istanbul.
