Cj Audit, in my book you are a star. As a comparison.... AB, we all mostly know, very experienced and superb. I searched a few years ago if anyone that had done Lewisham police station as I knew of its notoriety. Nothing found, as if auditors chose to keep away. Shortly after AB visited, did an audit and called it ' Lewi-shame'. You Cj are taking this on for people's rights and diving into equal situations. I salute you. Keep up the GREAT work of educating. As AB said these days he would be handcuffed and put behind bars if two years ago he did exactly what he does today. The laws have not changed but the attitude of public servants towards the laws has changed radically. So even though we still have a long way to go to eradicate tyranny, we've come a long way, just keep auditing public servants!

My friend , You should start saying to the police that before you search me if you carry out this unlawful search I will put a civil claim against you also you will be reported to professional standards.
You need to start claiming each successful claim gets around €3000 .but how long the detainment is has a higher claim.
If you start saying this to the police they will not be so happy in carrying out the search.
The Police do not like getting called Occifer as its very degrading to them but if you are dyslexic there's nothing they can do, but obviously they can't do anything anyway.
Cj these cops do not have a clue on filming in public, As being from this country its so embarrassing what they are doing. I wish you all the best in what you are doing highlighting our right in public.

Seems like a lawful and justified search. You were outside a police station. They explained the need for a search. You ultimately complied. So im not really sure what this was all about? "Abuse" as you put it, is subjective. These men didn't seem one bit abusive, the grounds for the search hold up.
I have watched a few of these videos...One of the things that stand out are how mannerly these young police lads & ladies are...I don't think there is any other country around the world where you would be allowed to film outside or inside a police station...Put the shoe on the other foot imagine someone walking outside your home or place of employment filming with a camera. You certainly would be asking questions...

@@CJAuditsAuditingNI I live south of the border..but I can tell you for sure if you tried that down south you would get a much different reaction..When I was young we respected the police and never gave them back chat ..It's got so bad now that they can't get people to join the police. No later than a few days ago a tourist was attacked in the middle of Dublin he is now in I.C.U. with life threatening injuries..There isn't a police man or woman to be seen around the busiest part of the capital ..Dublin.

The threat towards PSNI is severe enough to justify searching you. The abuse of Police powers in Britain against auditors is disgusting, but if you are realistic, the threat in Northern Ireland against the PSNI warrants having powers to stop and search you. I hate authority in general, but even I can understand those officers are in a constant and realistic state of concern. I could not for the life of me understand why anyone would do such a job in NI, its just not worth the risk to your family to work for the PSNI. Do they get much higher pay than British Police?
The police over here are in a constant state of paranoia, the threat over here is not as severe as it was 20years ago when the ceasefire was called, they still abuse powers pal if I can open some people's eyes then I've done what I've set out to do, yeah they definitely on more money the the English police.. @@CJAuditsAuditingNI Im in NI all the time, almost every day. There are sufficient bombs under cars at PSNI officers houses to justify being extremely cautious. I see it on the news frequently enough to make me realise its not paranoia, which would suggest its not a real possibility. Do not misunderstand what I am saying, seeing your videos is the first time Ive ever witnessed this wireless devices/ammunition line, so it was a bit of a shock to see there has been provisions made specifically for NI. You might think its paranoia, but its likely you are from the nationalist side and therefore do not feel it the way they do. Not taking sides here, just saying there is a risk, unlike what we see from British forces who pretty much, as far as I know, are not being threatened in the same way. Just look at the Police stations in NI, the ones I see all the time in Derry, Strabane, Coleraine when I pass are mega high security and I think all of the PSNI are armed. The patrol cars have bullet proof glass and the Land Rovers are all armoured for a reason. The frequent disorder that happens in NI is very rare in Britain.
Hi cheers for ur comments, firstly am not from a republican background or loyalist background.. Am me and do all my thinking of my own.. Not brainwasthed by either side.. As for under car booby traps and attacks on police, I haven't come across a police officer or there homes be targeted in years.. I'll keep doing what am doing to open people's eyes.. Justice and security act 2007 they abuse it every day pal as seen in my audits.. Enough said..

The fact that they said that they believe he is not a terrorist but still treating him as one. I understand asking questions but filming in public is not unlawful. Can you imagine if they searched everyone filming Buckingham Palace. I am not saying I agree with filming police stations however it is not breaking the law. If they believe you are a terrorist surely he would be cuffed straight away and restrained.

I live in lisburn its a bad idea to film security forces in a garrison town. Just know its a high risk area.

Just because it hasn't happened to me or you doesn't mean it's not happening. Its not like he was hanging around, he just arrived there with a camera and that's enough to light a fire under their ass instantly. This video raises awareness on outdated laws and I can provide you with another video where a PSNI officer stalked and searches a man under the same legislation where its clear it was a personal matter but they decided to abuse this same law to get the search they wanted. Its a violation of human rights. If it wasnt for people like this sticking the camera on them it would be back to old days where the police were more transparent about the gangsters they are. At least this man is out here trying to raise awareness for the benefit of the people. Need more people with the cajones to stick it to the man for the better of us all and less sheeple like yourself.
