What I got out of this video: Cheaters cheat because they're too lazy to improve themselves to become legitimately good at the game. I cheated when I was around 11 years old. And I had fun because I finally was competitive and it was fun messing around. But after some time I noticed that there was little to no satisfaction anymore. If the program is doing the work for you and you hit every shot without effort there is no joy anymore. When I turned 14 I just went back to playing legit. It was way more fun and I felt accomplishment when getting a headshot or outplayed my enemies. Cheating is for the childish and makes you an a**hole, nothing more.
it depends on how you cheat, if u use a semi/rage config obv it wont be fun against legits, but if you use a legit config with only wh and a little bit of aimbot, it will make more fun because you are looking legit but you actually still have a little cheat on.
I only played CS:GO, played CS2 for the first time a few days ago and its literally garbage. I right click stabbed an enemy in the back and it didn't register, content is literally cut by 2/3, the subtick system and Netcode turned this shooter into some kind of 5D chess with time travel. Anybody who spends money at this game in its current form must be mentally challenged.

So, I'll start with the pluses: Yeah, I do agree playing maps in different weather and background sounds fun. I'd love to somehow see that implemented in the actual game. Now, the minuses: Yeah, so about the death wishing and stuff like that. I don't personally think the person wishes it honestly. The intention behind this is to deliver something to hurt the cheater back, not the honest wish itself. If a person is cheating, he may be enjoying all the feedback he gets and some streamers I've seen used cheats to gain attention and laugh at it. If you strike them with regular hate, it doesn't hurt them... to some, it pleases them. So the sociopathic behaviour you describe here isn't really a player trying to genuinely wish death to someone. It's just upping the ante, to not let cheaters win AND have fun and watches while doing their bullshit. Another thing: sure, blame the game. Valve's efforts to do anything about cheaters are small if nonexistent, not anything that would discourage them to do what they do. But counter-strike is a competitive game where you actively try to win. Go ahead and tell that it's just global elites exploring the what they couldnt. All I can see that the top positions of the ladder, the competitive ladder, are some spinbotters who do, in fact, cheat to achieve the highest rank. Point 1 and 2 are at odds with each other in this video. Point 1: cheaters have empathy and are normal; point 2: cheaters don't care about anyone in the game and are selfish. If using cheating softwares is clearly dicouraged by the game developers including the larger playerbase then you shouldn't use it. They are not allowed. They are frowned upon. Why? I haven't played cs since early ESEA days but this was interesting to see how it appears to have grown even worse well over a decade later, which led to many us of back in source/1.6 quitting due to wagers and online tournies being wild west. The only common thing about cheaters is that they can't play. The game is extremely fun to play, but if you can't play, cheating can give you a taste of what the real game is like, of course that'd feel fun for someone without such experience.
i cheat + grief combo'd in css, go, and tf2 from 2014-2020 just because i liked getting rage reactions out of people. honestly got bored of it and personally grew out of it and enjoy playing the game legit now. happened to pretty much all of my old griefing/cheating buddies too. only was ever weirded out at legit cheaters tbh, semirage/rage was extremely fun for me but i could never legit cheat because of how much of a snoozefest it was.

Very zen approach to being a cheater. To some old fashioned gamers that see counter-strike and gaming more as a culture find this very offensive. It's like pissing on something you love and I see this behaviour in cheaters, its against the competitive values of the game. Doesn't make sense at all. First of all, who is even getting banned? People have been blatantly cheating for years and years without being banned. Second of all, a decent anticheat would keep more players playing, e.g. more potential skin / case buyers which is a far better income source that someone buying cs again..And do you really think cheaters pay for the game again? Theyll just buy an account 3rd party or some shit like that.

I don’t study it but I love to study people’s reactions attitudes and actions. Most of cheaters in the game are kids 12-24 yrs old. And when there is a kid, there is friends of that kid playing with him, cheating also. Now, for the most part of cheaters above 24 years old, I don’t understand why would they do it. It’s sad. Low and awful. People who cheat in video games are not trustable in real life either. It’s a character matter. There can be several reasons but most because they are sad and miserable. What I got out of this video: Cheaters cheat because they're too lazy to improve themselves to become legitimately good at the game. I cheated when I was around 11 years old. And I had fun because I finally was competitive and it was fun messing around. But after some time I noticed that there was little to no satisfaction anymore. If the program is doing the work for you and you hit every shot without effort there is no joy anymore. When I turned 14 I just went back to playing legit. It was way more fun and I felt accomplishment when getting a headshot or outplayed my enemies. Cheating is for the childish and makes you an a**hole, nothing more.

I only played CS:GO, played CS2 for the first time a few days ago and its literally garbage. I right click stabbed an enemy in the back and it didn't register, content is literally cut by 2/3, the subtick system and Netcode turned this shooter into some kind of 5D chess with time travel. Anybody who spends money at this game in its current form must be mentally challenged.

So, I'll start with the pluses: Yeah, I do agree playing maps in different weather and background sounds fun. I'd love to somehow see that implemented in the actual game.
Now, the minuses:
Yeah, so about the death wishing and stuff like that. I don't personally think the person wishes it honestly. The intention behind this is to deliver something to hurt the cheater back, not the honest wish itself. If a person is cheating, he may be enjoying all the feedback he gets and some streamers I've seen used cheats to gain attention and laugh at it. If you strike them with regular hate, it doesn't hurt them... to some, it pleases them. So the sociopathic behaviour you describe here isn't really a player trying to genuinely wish death to someone. It's just upping the ante, to not let cheaters win AND have fun and watches while doing their bullshit.
Another thing: sure, blame the game. Valve's efforts to do anything about cheaters are small if nonexistent, not anything that would discourage them to do what they do. But counter-strike is a competitive game where you actively try to win. Go ahead and tell that it's just global elites exploring the what they couldnt. All I can see that the top positions of the ladder, the competitive ladder, are some spinbotters who do, in fact, cheat to achieve the highest rank. Do you even look yourself in the mouth when you say that cheaters just seek different experience? You can't justify their behaviour in a competitive game. If you played a chess tournament, and someone used stockfish all the time because the tournament organizer wouldn't oversee it, sure. The organizer is terrible at doing his job, but that doesn't make the cheater scum flooding the game any less despicable, wasting time of people who actually want to play fair and progress and measure their abilities against other honest players.
So to sum it up, blame the game AND the cheaters for the experience you get. The one is just the result of the other, both is unwanted.
And last, you just justify the reasons why cheaters do what they do. Them having a bad day, they turn on cheats, and other people who had just as bad of a day get absolutely dunked on, making their day worse, and disgusted at a game they wanted to just relax on, and play to keep their cool. It's toxic, which comes from the fact that it's competitive, but my guy, if you even dare to defend cheaters saying they had a bad day, think about the other 9. Does it ring a bell? No? well, that's just sad that you can't see it's inherently WRONG.

Point 1 and 2 are at odds with each other in this video. Point 1: cheaters have empathy and are normal; point 2: cheaters don't care about anyone in the game and are selfish. Not sure how those can coexist, to be honest. If you are selfish and don't care about people, you inherently don't have empathy and are not normal.
Also, while you are saying this stuff, your cheat is able to kill people from spawn to spawn without aiming. You say, "cheaters cheat for fun, and it's not about hurting other people." Not sure how you can have fun in any way standing still and clicking mouse 1 if you're not somehow getting a kick out of ruining someone else's time. I think the "the game is boring" point is a moot one. By the way, that's completely bullshit. There is a wealth of custom maps and extra content surrounding this game. Why choose to specifically cheat in the competitive mode? Because it's not about "making the map look cool or playing with gimmicks"; it's about winning. You want to feel like you have power over these people. If you didn't feel that way, you wouldn't choose to do it in the competitive mode; you would look elsewhere.

Wow a pro-cheater says that cheating is justified and it should be accepted. Very unsuprising. If using cheating softwares is clearly dicouraged by the game developers including the larger playerbase then you shouldn't use it. They are not allowed. They are frowned upon. Why? Because they are altering things that are meant to be a certain way. Which is not okay in a multiplayer game that is meant to be balanced (game balance is a thing that is meant to make sure everyone has fun), where one player suddenly moving faster than they're supposed to can change course of the game drastically. Do you really have to play the game with cheats? Are you that bad at the game? I haven't played cs since early ESEA days but this was interesting to see how it appears to have grown even worse well over a decade later, which led to many us of back in source/1.6 quitting due to wagers and online tournies being wild west. Another thing that Valve will never say is that people who cheat are also business for them, consider this: when they ban a cheater the user has 2 options:
1) leave the game or
2) re-purchase prime access in another account and repeat the cycle
Those who don't care about being banned are because they are on an account that they don't care about.
A level 0 account with CS Prime has 0 weight, basically cheating is like taking drugs = after you smoke it you have to buy more supply

Doesn't make sense at all. First of all, who is even getting banned? People have been blatantly cheating for years and years without being banned. Second of all, a decent anticheat would keep more players playing, e.g. more potential skin / case buyers which is a far better income source that someone buying cs again..And do you really think cheaters pay for the game again? Theyll just buy an account 3rd party or some shit like that.
Sorry to ruin your fun, but most cheaters that need a lot of accounts don't buy them from valve, they buy stollen accounts because they are way cheaper and already have hours played/ranks on them.

I don’t study it but I love to study people’s reactions attitudes and actions. Most of cheaters in the game are kids 12-24 yrs old. And when there is a kid, there is friends of that kid playing with him, cheating also. Now, for the most part of cheaters above 24 years old, I don’t understand why would they do it. It’s sad. Low and awful. People who cheat in video games are not trustable in real life either. It’s a character matter. There can be several reasons but most because they are sad and miserable. One point is that they cheat to get recognition from others whom don’t know they cheat and to feel superior, these type of people are literally the worse type.

this video just solidifies the bizarre and twisted ideology of people who cheat in games. and the video is of course, completely wrong on all levels. the kids who have no qualms cheating were always, and will always be, strange weirdos, those who lack empathy, and those who will stab other people in the back without a second thought. just as this video shows, they genuinely believe they do no wrong, and immediately shift the blame: "I'm having fun, most people are selfish, you don't feel bad when you stomp people" yes, because I/we beat people through self mastery and by follow the outlined rules of the game.

It's funny I've spent time in random custom servers listening to guys talk about how they scam kids by selling them fake drugs, being scumbags, and what do they say? "it's the world man, it's not me , i'm teaching them a lesson" They're never the bad person, it's other people who are cheating, it's valve's fault for not stopping it.

This also avoids the very obvious scenario - if you just want to play a game to relax after work and have fun where you get rewarded for doing almost nothing, there are PLENTY, literally thousands of games in existence that reward you for standing in one spot and pressing the same button over and over again. It's hilarious, this video goes on to prove the opposite of every single claim made in the video. That cheaters are NOT normal, they are weird strange people who lack empathy, and cheat because they have a warped disconnect with reality that they must backwards rationalize. I had one contact with one of these types, a "femboy" uwu feminine person who cheated and lied in games. They were highly, HIGHLY disturbed.
