I wouldn't recommend joining k199 tbh. K199 has been destroyed by a rogue untrustworthy alliance after merger. Most of the original k199 members are awaiting merger to escape.
I know K199 is in a civil war but fighting is fun and that's the story of this game

Kingdom Ceremonies and farming. Both how I grew so fast and you don't need to spend. You can do the gold events when your kingdom is small, but once it gets larger the main way to get gold event points is through kill event.
K220 is strongest and best in whole coe
