Today I'm opening the newest set of Sylvanian Families blind bags, which is series 12, the 'Baby Forest Costume Series'. These colourful mystery packs each contain a baby figure and a forest-themed outfit or accessory I have bought 8 bags, in the hopes of getting a full set of all the figures.

This is my favorite series so far, I really like them all❤. Our favorites are also Flora and Ambrose, although I really like the others too. You're right, the amount of plastic is huge, there was no need for the accessories to be individually packaged.
Let's hope Epoch starts paying more attention to packaging and uses less plastic. I noticed that, in the Lego sets that I bought from the 2024 collection, the numbered inner packaging that used to be plastic is now paper.

this series is definitely a good one! and yes using paper bags and/or cardboard boxes rather than the plastic bags would be much better!

These are so adorable. Ambrose and Peri were the ones I was hoping to get but instead I got Gilly 4 times 😭

I got Abrose. I'm hoping for Peri when I buy 2 more tomorrow, and maybe Julie. Edit: I went to the shops to buy more and now it's the seashore friends, I bought 2, I was SUPER lucky and got the mystery one first try, as well as the wolf/husky. (I haven't found their names yet :/)
