    Our Panellists include:
    Dan Pfaff - is a world leading Master coach who has coached Olympic and Paralympic gold medalists and World Champions and has lead high performance programs in a number of different countries. He is the Head Coach at ALTIS.
    Dr Tabo Huntley - is an academic at Liverpool John Moores University with teaching duties covering strength and conditioning and coaching pedagogy. Tabo’s research covers coaching and athlete development in Paralympic sport and is the Director of the European ParaCoach project. He has also coached Para athletes to European and World Championship medals.
    Peter Eriksson - is one of the world’s most decorated Paralympic coaches, having coached a number of multi-medalists in wheelchair racing events. Peter has also been the Head Coach of Olympic and Paralympic programmes in the UK and CA, and is now a high performance sport consultant in Canada.
    Frank Dick - is President of the European Athletics Association and is one of the UK’s most inspiring Business Speakers. Frank is considered one of the coaching greats having led the British Athletics Team during the “golden era” of multiple Olympic and World Championship gold medalists (1979 - 94). He now consults across a range of high performing environments.
    Steffi Nerius - Is a retired German Olympic Silver Medalist and World and European Champion in the Javelin. She now coaches at TVS Bayer 04 and is the personal coach to Paralympic T64 long jumper and world record holder MarKus Rehm. Marcus nicknamed the ‘blade jumper’ recently extended his previous world record to 8.62m.
    Ryan Jones - is a retired Welsh international thrower who now works as the National Throws Lead for Wales Athletics. Ryan coaches a number of athletes notably, Paralympic and world championship gold medalist Aled Davis (F42 Class).
    Shaun Pickering
    Throws Performance Lead for UK Athletics, and Team Coach for Tokyo2020 and London 2012. He was a member of Great Britain Olympic Team, Atlanta 1996, and Commonwealth Games Bronze Medallist, Kuala Lumpur 1998 in the Shot Put.
